This was a truly unique experience. The guide is a natural teacher and has a great deal of expertise to share. I really enjoyed this experience and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in the art of making chilli sauce.

I had an amazing time making hot sauce from scratch with James. He is not only a fantastic chef but also incredibly personable and down to earth. A true man of the people. Fun and engaging conversation, and very informational about hot sauce creation. I like hot sauce more than I enjoy making hot sauce, so this informative class that was more about learning than doing, was perfect for me. The final result is delicious and packed a punch. James is high energy and has a lot to say. If you're looking for a buttoned up and formal experience, this isn't for you. If you're looking for a fun, relaxed, and informative experience that ends in delicious hot sauce, you'll love this.

The peppers are spiiiiicy! But this is a great class and fun thing to do while in Kigali. (Thanks chef!!!) My 12 year old daughter loved it too. And the restaurant is great too! Thanks, Shark for setting this up! (The hamburger was very good too.)

Really nice activity, so different from anything else we did in Rwanda. James is so passionate about his profession and he teaches a looot about chilli and sauce making during the activity. Beware that the sauce is really spicy
