Denne tur tager dig på en rejse gennem tiden - fra de åndelige højder af Khor Virap og klippernes skønhed af Noravank til de gamle hemmeligheder i Birds' Cave, hjemsted for verdens ældste sko. Tilføj en smag af Armenias vinfremstillingsarv i Areni, og du får et en-dags eventyr, der blander historie, legende og smag på uforglemmelige måder.

Mange mennesker ved, at Armenien er det første kristne land i verden. Det blev officielt accepteret i 301, da Grigor blev løsladt fra hovedstadens fængsel, som var her før. Han blev fængslet her i 13 år for sin kristne tro. Han helbredte den syge konges sidste håb, hvorefter kongen accepterede kristendommen som statsreligion. Samtidig åbner den bedste udsigt over Mount Ararat herfra. At være meget tæt på Ararat giver dig mulighed for at se hele bjergets struktur og beundre dens skønhed.
Middelalderlig armensk smag og arkitektonisk talent blev blandet i Noravank, grundlagt i det 9. århundrede, dette kloster udviklede sig i det 13. og 14. århundrede. Omgivet af høje røde bjerge og bygget af sten taget fra disse klipper, Noravank harmonisk supplerer det lokale landskab, forbliver unikke i sin art.
På tilbagevejen holder vi et stop ved Areni Winery, hvor vi smager forskellige vine.
Grotten ligger 12 km fra Yeghegnadzor, på venstre bred af floden Areni. Den består af 3 haller, har et areal på cirka 500 m², hvoraf den store del stadig ikke er blevet udforsket.
Tur fra Jerevan til interessepunkterne og tilbage, og et stop for måltid og fritid vil fylde resten af tiden

I really enjoyed the tour! Well thought out itinerary and excellent girl guide Laura who talked as fully and interestingly as possible about all the sights and places. Very much liked the Noravanck monastery complex and the waterfall hair mermaid. I recommend a visit. Special thanks to driver Ashot for his quiet driving. See you later!

Another perfect day with One Way Tour, we took plenty of eyes! Hasmik was great and warm with us, and even climbed up to the Jermuk chairlift for a snowball game. And an impeccable organization usually sticks.

Had a great day trip to Khor Virap, Noravank etc today with guide Anahit Zorian (Ana). She has been informative and patient, as tour was conducted both in English and Armenian. There was also some long drives between sights, but she managed to pass the time playing some mixture of local & international music. The driver has also been careful on the road.

Had a fabulous tour today with our guide (Hasmix). She was sweet, insightful, informative and knowledgeable. Although it was a full day tour, lasting slightly over 12 hours, I found the sights and stops worthwhile and fairly uncrowded. This is in contrast to my tour of Garni and Geghard monastery the day before. We were also given clear instructions at each sight to stay with our guide if we wanted stories about each place or to go off on our own to explore AND when to get back to the bus.

Great experience the tour guides are friendly and provide good knowledge even you can book tours in english russian plus other languages Best thing is thay when you are a group that speaks different languages theire can be tours with bilingual abilities so all can enjoy Drivers are very calm and drive safley We went with jivan And tour guides hasmik and lily

Absolutely fantastic tour!!! We had a wonderful time and our tour guide Hasmik and driver Marvel were 10/10!!! It was very well paced, we didn't spend too long or too little in one place and didn't feel rushed. Hasmik was very friendly, helpful and answered all our questions happily. Highly recommended!!!
