Kecak og ilddans Kecak dans er en fra balinesisk dans og musik drama, der blev udviklet i 1930 på bali. Kecak bliver speciel, fordi den ledsagende musik leveres af den menneskelige stemme '' gamelan suara 'et kor på hundrede eller flere mand, der sidder i koncentrisk cirkel, svajer og står op. Denne dans fortæller om Ramayana-historien om, at aben "Hanuman" hjalp fyrster Rama med at bekæmpe den onde konge Ravana.

This is first time to watch Kecak fire dance, the dance is Verry beautiful, our driver putu Verry friendly and and explain about balinese culture
We booked the Kecak Fire Dance and Uluwatu Temple tour with Viator, and arrived 10 minutes early to the exact pickup location — seated visibly behind the concierge desk. Not only were we never picked up, no one contacted us, and multiple attempts to reach the tour operator went unanswered. Drivers came and went, but none identified themselves or approached us. Viator later told us the operator had provided passenger manifests as proof of having picked up other passengers from the location — but this doesn’t explain how we were left behind despite being on time and in plain sight. Concierge staff would have responded instantly to any inquiry about our booking, and we were the only people waiting in that area. We were not confused, late, or in the wrong place. We were abandoned — without signage, confirmation, or communication. Viator's support team acknowledged the issue in real time, admitted they couldn't contact the operator, and promised a refund request… only to later deny it. We paid for a service that was never provided, lost a valuable day of our trip, and were met with corporate excuses instead of accountability. Disappointed isn’t the word. Don’t book unless you’re comfortable being ghosted on the sidewalk.
I would give a zero if I could. I had the misfortune of booking a tour with Bali Fantastic Tour, and I can't express how disappointed I am. After researching various options, I chose them based on their seemingly attractive packages, but it turned out to be a huge mistake. On the day of our scheduled tour, nobody showed up to pick us up. We waited for over an hour, hoping that there was just a slight delay. However, as time passed, it became increasingly clear that we had been scammed. I tried contacting them multiple times, but their phone line was either busy or wouldn’t connect at all. I also sent several messages, but to my frustration, there was no response. The ladies at the reception tried contacting the number and nothing! This experience not only ruined our day and costs us more money to look for another driver, but also left us feeling helpless and frustrated especially in the Bali humid weather we were waiting in! I would strongly advise anyone considering Bali Fantastic Tour to think twice. Save your money and look for reputable tour companies instead. It’s a shame that such businesses operate, taking advantage of traveler's looking for a good experience.
I’m giving 2 stars for the driver’s kindness, as in our experience, he was more of a driver than a guide. We had to explore the sites on our own and couldn’t even see the Kecak dance due to a lack of organization. Not to mention the 30-minute wait in the heat outside the car because he was unreachable. If I had known the service was just a driver, I wouldn’t have paid such a high price and would have used Grabs instead.

A very musical dance without instruments. A great experience with real life portrayal of Ramayan. The characters did justice to the role that they were playing. The singers did a fabulous job with their Kecak song and mimicry.
The tour agency did not pick me up and so I never made it for this tour. I was severely dissappointed…nevertheless two days later I recieved an e-mail with an explanation and an apology from the tour guide. I appreciated this but I hope they will find ways in order to do better in the future.

Nice experience in bali. This first time we see kecak fire dance. Our driver putu pick me up on time and explain about bali culture. High recomended
Couldn’t contact with the tour provide, wasted the whole day to wait somebody picking us up at hotel but nobody showed up.
Wish I could leave less than 1 stars! WASTED OUR DAY because we made the horrible mistake of booking this. It didn't even HAPPEN. We chose the booking time and arrived in our hotel lobby at the pick up time. When they were 15 minutes late, we tried calling and e-mailing any contact information we could find and NOTHING could reach them. We then resorted to contacting Viator (Trip Advisor) but only got a response through e-mail "wait for your tour start time" which had passed by 45 minutes. We spent over an hour in the lobby trying to figure out what to do and ALL Viator did was refund us the trip... SO not okay when they have this host posted on their website and it was too late to book anything else.
