Biggest negative...
BIGGEST NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE was a black guest in the catamaran who was loud , doing TikTok, and was constantly taking videos of other guests who were in their bathing suits throughout the entire trip. Our privacy as guests were ABSOLUTELY VIOLATED!!! That was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!! Other complaint was the absolute lack of communication from Viator’s transportation, pick up, and final destination. We scrambled to figure out where we were supposed to go, who’s going to pick us up, and where we should retrieve our tickets . No one explained the process of the trip. We scrambled to find someone who spoke English to call Viator. We finally got a location where we were supposed to go. Then Uber dropped us off at the wrong location. We walked around to find out where to retrieve our tickets. We were finally told that we have to wait in line and was taken by some public boat to an island. From there , we were finally transferred to a catamaran. So much confusion and time wasted that we were only able to swim for a short time. I would say 75% of time was spent trying to figure out where we were going. But catamaran crew were FANTASTIC! They were very pleasant and accommodating and made the trip a memorable one.

We completely understand your concern. Our guests should be able to relax and enjoy the experience without feeling that they are being filmed or photographed without permission. This type of behavior is not something we want our guests to experience.
We will remind our crew to remain attentive to this kind of situation and, when necessary, to politely intervene.
We are also sorry for the confusion regarding the transportation, meeting point, and tickets. This is why we ask our passengers to come to our office before boarding, so that we can provide all the necessary information and make sure everything is clear before the excursion begins.
We are nevertheless very happy to hear that the catamaran crew were fantastic and made you feel welcome. We truly appreciate your kind words about them and will share your feedback with the team.

Stunning boat. Friendly staff. Plenty of equipment for water activities. Food quality was good and there was plenty of it.

Lovely sail on Bay of Cannes
We had a lovely time sailing around the bay of Cannes. Stop time for a swim and paddle boards and kayaks was fun. Equipment was shared well. Delicious sweet snack and water were provided on board. Staff were very pleasant. Trip started with ferry to the island to board the catamaran there. But catamaran returned directly back to Cannes- which was ideal.

Beautiful scenery but underwhelming service
Our catamaran was beautiful and not overly crowded. The cruise was very relaxing and the views were stunning along the coast. The swim stop was a little disappointing as there was no rear lower deck to make getting into the water or into a kayak easy and safe. No noodle floats were available. The lunch was fine. The description of the half day tour was misleading as they did NOT return us to port; rather, we were dropped off on an island and had to catch a different ferry back to the port. This made getting our tender very rushed to take us back to our cruise ship. Also, there was no tour leader to tell us what we were seeing.

Cruise stop review
We booked this catamaran while on a cruise stop and it was walking distance from the port. We did the 1/2 day with lunch which I highly recommend. They had water, juice, appetizers, lunch with vegetarian options, and dessert. Bring cash for alcohol and sodas. There was 2 hours of free time in the water. Staff assisted with kayaks, paddle boards, floats and life vests. My favorite part was the “last call” for one more dip in the beautiful Mediterranean before disembarking.
Last thing I will mention is the ferry ride back. Our ticket came with the fare and the catamaran dropped us off 20 min before the ferry arrived which was perfect. It drops off at the same location, walking distance to the port. If you book full day then you stay on the catamaran and don’t get on the ferry.

Amazing trip, slightly complicated check in.
It was a beautiful relaxing day on very blue water! My favorite part of our trip so far. Check in is slightly complicated so allow plenty of time. You have to check in at the building with the orange awning then wait for the ferry to St. Marguerite Island. Then the catamaran is right there on that little island and you get on and begin the excursion.

Gorgeous views!
Clean catamaran with GORGEOUS views. My only complaint is that it was never clear what stops we were taking and where. Would be nice to have narration on what views we were seeing. Also they let people use the kayaks that didn’t know how and they kept ramming into people on floaties….wish they would have told them to avoid people. But overall would recommend!

Plunge worthy and refreshing..
Great time on the boat and dipping in the water. Bring a towel for sure to make your day complete. And bring money for cocktails. Great time …
