Beskrivelse

A breathtaking experience!

We had an sbsolutely wonderful experience with friendly team here. We saw seven bottle nose dolphins and two loggerhead turtles, the memory of which will stay with us for years to come. We absolutely recommend this venture for the experience, and to support the conservation of this beautiful marine park.

Life changing trip

My daughter has aspirations ti be a marine biologist and i thought this trip would be beneficial. How right that turned out to be. Lucy and the student biologists were so knowledgable about their field and very willing to share their passion when my daughter shared her ambition. To see and hear a marine biologist helped her to see her aspirations in reality! We learned about the local eco system, seen dolphins swimming alongside tge boat, snirkelled with hundreds of fish and lucy was able to show my daughter a species of starfish. Although i have committed to our 2026 holidays my daughter really wants to go back, it had such positive impact on her, so i am planning to return 2027, hopefully my daughter will have completed her scuba diving for then and that lucy will still b there x

Terrible journey not worth it

Booked this as my husband really wanted to see wild dolphins so paid £191.00 for the two of us transport picked us up no problem took us to office to fill in relevant paperwork then got took to the boat we boarded the boat it was full so everyone was squashed up we set off being told the sea would be rough for 15 minutes then it would go calm sadly was a lot longer than 15 minutes my husband then became ill on the boat seasick not the only one I hasten to add young lady gave him a tablet to help him but it didn’t then his blood sugar dropped and were it not for the captain and the young man that works with him looking after him with water and explaining why he felt the way he did I’m not sure we could have stayed on board so consequently we didn’t get to see the dolphins or any fish as my husband by this time couldn’t stand up I asked if there was anything sweet on the boat and was told no then I happened to see folk were eating so I asked again is there anything sweet and told no the food really was very basic little ham n tomato pastry and a small cheese pastry which I just managed to grab a couple but they weren’t that nice to be v honest so sadly no dolphins or fish for us to see but hey that part is nature and that’s the chance you take but the sea was very rough before we set out and no one offered the option to rebook ? I’m sure on a good day and seeing the dolphins this would be a great experience but we didn’t get to hear any of the marine biologist explaining anything but thank heavens for the captain and his crew who really reassured me and helped my very poorly husband to survive the journey without sounding to dramatic I really think if the sea is rough you should be given the option to rebook problem is no one knows if they are going to be seasick ! So for us very sadly not worth it at all

Go on this trip!!!

We were looking forward to this trip the most and it certainly did not disappoint. We selected a transfer as we stayed outside of Rhodes town and this was so efficient. Communication was great beforehand and the driver was early. On arrival we were greeted and introduced to the marine biologists. They explained everything and we had a little time to get a coffee if we wanted. We then headed to the boat which was around a 2 min walk. There was plenty of space. We were on slightly rougher water for around 15mins and then it was flat. As the boat was going along, our lovely marine biologist (sorry forgot his name but he was French and studied in Scotland) , was explaining what was around us and giving us some very interesting facts throughout the trip. We saw dolphins within about 5 mins of getting into the area where the fish farm was. Again great information given about dolphins and working of the fish farm. The excitement of seeing the dolphins was incredible and we saw alot. Had a lovely snorkelling experience where the lovely lady helped me adjust mine in the water and was very reassuring. All in all an absoloutly amazing experience and as previous reviews said the team made it and were top notch. Worth every Penny and would recommended to everyone to go! Thank you for a very memorable morning!

A wonderful experience , would go again

A wonderful experience, where me, my wife and our son got to see dolphins in the wild. Unfortunately the sea was very wild on the way to the spotting area. Several people on the boat ended up getting extremely nauseous (including 2 of us) leading to it being not as fun as it could be, but that's nature ... If you get seasick, call them in advance to see if your scheduled trip is expected to be rough or not, and reschedule if needed.

Amazing time, would definitely go again and would 10000% recommend doing if you are in Rhodes. Well worth the money!!!!!

Amazing day out! Lucy and the team were amazing! Had a wonderful time learning about local marine life, looking at the dolphins and snorkelling. Definitely a unique experience that I would do again! Big shout out to Lucy who I spoke to before boarding the boat about how deep the water is and wanting to try and get in the ocean given I’m not a strong swimmer (learning to swim at the moment), she explained they have lots of swimming aids and she’ll be there to help me in the water along with her colleagues. I was going to chicken out and not go in the water when she spotted me and said she would get in with me. She helped me out with the swimming aids and helped me into the water by calming me down and holding my hand. She stayed with me until I was confident and another one of her colleagues helped me swim a little as well as encouraging me to put my face in the water. The whole team were amazing about helping me overcome my fear of the ocean, the staff are really a credit to this experience and make it what it is! You definitely see the dolphins come up to check the boat out and swim close to the boat etc… This experience definitely made my trip.

Not to be missed

We loved bed that this trip had so much information on the environment and eco system. Lucy the marine biologist was very passionate and informative about the marine eco system alongside 2 student biologists my daughter is thinking of a similar career and Lucy shared reading material and websites to further research! ! They dived down and brought up a 'sift' starfish and see urchin. We seen 'flying' fish, swam with large pods of fish in the most cleanest clearest water and to round it off dolphins joined the boat just to add the cherry on top. Only sorry we are leaving the island or we would have done the full day trip so we'll just have to come back!!

A must do when in Rhodes!

I booked this trip mainly to make my boyfriend happy, as I’m terrified of deep water and have zero snorkeling experience. But thanks to our guide, Lucie, it turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life! Lucie is a marine biologist and her knowledge, passion, and sense of humor instantly put me at ease. She explained everything so clearly and made me actually want to try snorkeling, despite my fear. From the boat, we were lucky enough to see dolphins up close, which was absolutely magical. The whole trip felt safe, fun, and unforgettable. Thank you, Lucie, for turning my nervousness into pure joy – you’re amazing!

Brilliant!

It was a perfect day for my family. The staff were great, really enthusiastic, and I loved the fact the guides were marine biologists rather than “tour guides”. They told us about the fish farms and how they provide sustainable fishing. When we saw the dolphins the captain started doing big doughnuts and the dolphins played in the wake. It was amazing. Snorkelling was well run, and we got some great photos sent through afterwards. Although shorter than other boat trips, we thought it was the perfect length for our 6 year old, enough time to be cool, not too long that he gets bored. Do not skip this!

Fantastic experience

My son has wanted to see wild dolphins for years, and we debated whether the hour drive from the eastern side of the island would be worth it, but we are so pleased we made the decision to make the journey. From start to finish the team onboard were so accommodating and really engaging with the four children in our group. We saw lots of dolphins, a large turtle and snorkeled with tuna fish, all in all an incredible experience. Would highly recommend.
