Vidne til en af Australiens mest spektakulære og gamle naturoplevelser på vores tur til Kakadu National Park. Spot mange arter af dyr, herunder at være i stand til at spotte Saltwater krokodiller fra Cahills Crossing udkig! Deltag i en guidet tur gennem World Heritage Listed Kakadu National Park for at være vidne til de 20.000 nogle års rockkunst og spektakulære landskaber fra Ubirr rock. For en ekstra pris kan du også tilføje i en valgfri "Jumping Crocodile Cruise" (option KDC-B).

Vi forlader det tropiske Darwin og rejser gennem de rige flodsletter mod Kakadu National Park, dette 20.000 kvadratkilometer store område vrimler med dyreliv, vigtige aboriginske klippekunststeder og forskellige landskaber.
Vores første stop på dagen er et valgfrit Jumping Croc Cruise på Adelaide-floden eller et besøg på Fogg Dam Conservation Centre. Limilngan-Wulna-folkets traditionelle landområder (som er aktive i reservatets forvaltning) er et af de mest spektakulære steder at udforske det mangfoldige dyreliv i Top End, hjemsted for adskillige fuglearter, skildpadder, vandpytonslanger og selvfølgelig ikonisk saltvandskrokodille.

Kakadu National Park, som er opført på verdensarvslisten, er hjemsted for et myldrende dyreliv, spektakulære udsigter og noget af verdens ældste og bedst bevarede kunst.
Besøg det hellige sted for Ubirr-klippen (rejseplanen kan besøge Nourlangie på grund af sæsonbetinget vejr), der går omkring 20.000 år tilbage, og oplev nogle af de ældste klippegallerier i verden.
Berømt for den brede strækning af vand, er dette det bedste sted at spotte krokodiller!

A great day. Most of the morning was on the bus, but we loved all the birds at Fogg dam. Swimming at the falls and burley hole was refreshing and fun.
This was a most enjoyable tour with a very knowledgeable guide. The sights selected gave us a very good insight to Kakadu

Tim (Australian) the tour guide drove very well all day felt very safe, very knowledgeable about the top north, learnt so much from Tim, he was very friendly making the day an enjoyable experience.

I enjoyed the Kakadu tour immensely, largely because of the guide Sanna. She was far more knowledgeable than I expected a guide for this tour to be, reeling off stories and facts that made the drive seem much shorter. She knew tons about aboriginal culture, bird and wildlife identification and ecology, plants, and more. As an outdoor guide myself, I was thoroughly impressed!

Aussie Tim He was incredible and full of knowledge about the guide. He was really passionate about the local environment. Great day trip from Darwin - with the very informative Boggie. - we did the Croc Tour add on which we highly recommend - and was a highlight. While we would all love to have more time to spend in Kakadu, this is the best way to do it on a time budget. As others have said, this is a LONG day with lots of travel. But that is the nature of it. We found the tour ran like clockwork, and the stops perfectly placed to make the trip more comfortable. They have an esky in board, and you collect your own lunch at a road stop on the way. Note, there is limited food range if you have specific dietary needs - maybe bring from Darwin - but better to support locals if you can. There is uneven walking through the Ubirr site, and between the 2nd gallery and main gallery is a particularly difficult bit that some on our tour couldn’t manage. But there was another way around on a flat surface that would have been nice to know about rather than returning to wait. The lookout walk is definitely a must for those with an ability to climb over rocks, and a vague path and for others there is shaded seating to wait. The bus was generally comfortable, but on a full tour with the back seat full there was not enough shoulder room with all seats in use and was very sore after the long day - so try and avoid those. Overall have to give 5 stars as even the little things didn’t overcome the magic of the trip, and how well it was run. Definitely recommended.

I did two tours with Autopia in the last few days - the first to Litchfield and the second to Kakadu, both led by the awesome Aussie Tim. Tim was an exceptional guide - full of knowledge and interesting facts and stories, as well as some questionable jokes to keep us entertained on the long drives. The tours were brilliant days' out see amazing landscapes, learning about the area, it's history and the traditional owners of the land, and seeing so much extraordinary wildlife, from crocs and kites to Jabirus and dingos. Thoroughly enjoyed both trips and would recommend to anyone visiting the Top End. Thank you Tim!
