An unforgettable experience! Our guide and our captain made an excellent team. Both were friendly, professional, and contributed to making this excursion very enjoyable. They were in good spirits, took the time to share interesting information, and ensured that everyone had a good time. The discovery of the Benagil cave and the surrounding cliffs was simply magnificent. Thank you to the entire team for this beautiful outing that we recommend without hesitation!

We took our teenager kids with us for this and they loved it. Our guide was multilingual and did a great job keeping it fun and interesting.
The boat ride to the caves is very bumpy, so if you have back issues, consider yourself forewarned. Getting into and out of the kayaks was tricky from the rocking boat, but the crew provided lots of help to those that struggled. Overall, we loved the tour. The scenery was beautiful. It was fun getting to kayak into the caves. We also enjoyed the boat trips into and out of some of the more remote caves. Shout out to Davide & Alfonso, who were great guides. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They took and shared great photos, which was a bonus.

This trip was cancelled twice because of engine problems, the price i paid was 40eur however I was only refunded 11eur. I was offered a boat trip which I didn't go on because I paid for kayaking not a boat trip. I had to pay another 40eur with a different company. Im disappointed, using the Viator app I found no live chat options, the page was not working

Unfortunately, due to unexpected engine issues, we had to cancel the activity for safety reasons. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially when you were looking forward to the kayaking experience. Throughout the process, we did our best to keep you informed in advance and to find a suitable alternative. We offered you the option of joining our catamaran tour, which you kindly agreed to. As the catamaran tour had a lower price than the original kayaking experience, we also refunded the difference accordingly. We understand that client decided to book another kayaking tour with a different company. However, the additional €40 paid for that activity was not charged by us and was unrelated to your booking with our company. We genuinely regret that the circumstances prevented us from delivering the experience you originally booked. At the same time, we believe we handled the situation as fairly as possible by communicating the issue, offering an alternative, and processing the agreed refund. The weather was perfect and the vistas were beautiful. There were many other tour boats out creating large swells in and around the caves which triggered my motion sickness. Our tour guides Miguel and Alphonso were very quick to help. What an amazing tour. Highly recommended.

Very interesting activity, perfectly combines travel time with kayaking time. We visited several caves and although we had no experience we could manage very well in the water. The 9 am hours are ideal for enjoying the excursion without the sun in full. Enterprise staff Joan and Rafael very attentive and friendly.
Amazing trip today, great directions provided and no issues finding the tour this morning. Staff (Raphael and Joao ) were friendly, knowledgeable and gave us an unforgettable experience. Would definitely recommend and the kayak and boat tour is the way to go, best of both options.
