I'll start with the positives. The tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and the snorkelling itself was excellent. Unfortunately, the organisation of the tour was very poor. The group appeared to be oversubscribed. There were not enough snorkels for every participant, with some two-person kayaks carrying multiple snorkels while others went without. More concerning was the chaotic approach to kayak allocation. Rather than assigning kayaks fairly, it effectively became a free-for-all where people rushed to grab one. My wife is small in stature and was left with a single kayak, despite my explaining several times that I was concerned she would struggle to complete a 5km round-trip route alone. Those concerns were largely dismissed. The problem with this became obvious once we were out on the water. Around 2.5km from the beach, in open sea, my wife was exhausted, anxious, and struggling to keep up. At that point, neither of us could enjoy the tour because we were both worried about whether she would be able to complete it safely. To their credit, the guides did eventually help and offered to tow her kayak. However, this situation was entirely foreseeable and could easily have been avoided if they had listened to our concerns before setting off. What frustrated me most was not that a problem arose, but that we raised the issue repeatedly beforehand and were simply shrugged off. A little thoughtfulness and organisation at the start would have prevented the situation altogether. While many people in the group appeared to have a good experience, our own experience was significantly affected by poor planning and a lack of consideration when concerns were raised. For that reason, I would not choose to book with this company again.

Great fun. Pleased they take safety seriously & delayed trip by a day due to high winds/choppy water. Was still a little rough so we had to go in opposite direction for calmer water as we unfortunately missed the caves, but would happily re-book next time we’re there 👍🏼

Very good and beautiful experience. They have treated us very well. My daughter and I did it completely, with full attention and knowing how we were doing. However, my son was not feeling well and an excellent instructor calmed him down and helped him until the return. We are very grateful for everything. THANK YOU.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. The organization was excellent, and everything was very well prepared. Our guide was very professional, kind, and attentive at all times, explaining every detail and making the kayaking route safe, fun, and interesting. In addition to enjoying incredible landscapes, we learned interesting facts about the area. Without a doubt, a highly recommended activity and a completely trustworthy agency. We would repeat it without hesitation!

If you want to have a fun afternoon on the water and be active, you should definitely book a kayak tour with these people. Super nice people who explain everything well where they have good materials and speak very good English. The guides are very experienced and have an eye for everything that happens and for everyone's health. Rest moments are created during the trip to drink. You can leave your belongings with them before the trip with peace of mind this is completely safe. Some participants chose to bring keys and expensive sunglasses onto the water.... They're on the seabed now! The guides take nice photos that you will receive neatly via whatsapp afterwards. Book your experience here!!

Really good experience. The guides make sure everyone is seeing everything and explains everything we are going to see
