Lovely day in general. Good guide and beautiful places! Why 4 out of 5? I would have appreciated a little bit more time at the museum (30min free time) The rest was great, good and comfy bus, very helpful guide with a ton of explanations and info about Egyptian history. We learned a lot from him! The restaurant at noon was delicious. The trip to the pyramids is wonderful and well organized. We did some perfume and spice stores which were nice but unfortunately not the papyrus factory. To bad but all and all a great and wonderful day!

The experience was great. We explored Cairo, visited the pyramids, learnt about the essences and spices used in Egypt. Our tour guide was also amazing and was happy to answer any questions we had. He made sure we all stuck together and made it entertaining. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that wants to do this tour.

No respect for people, visiting the Giza site in 30-40 minutes, no possibility to get close to the Sphinx: however, they took their time for Benoist to do useless activities: -trip that lasted 25 hours (including 3 hours of pickup at various hotels) -waste of time in optional (paid) activities - no more time for what we came for: to contemplate the pyramids: we had to hurry - a person who handles logistics is extremely unpleasant Do not waste your time with this travel agency, which prefers that you get ripped off in optional activities rather than taking the time for what you endure 10 hours on a bus: goodbye and NEVER again

Ces activités sont entièrement facultatives et aucun participant n'est obligé d'y prendre part. - Cette excursion suit un programme soigneusement organisé. Étant donné qu'il s'agit d'un aller-retour entre Hurghada et Le Caire en une seule journée, représentant environ 1 000 km, une bonne gestion du temps est indispensable afin que tous les participants puissent visiter les principaux sites historiques et rentrer à Hurghada en toute sécurité le même jour. - La durée de la prise en charge dépend de l'emplacement des différents hôtels participants, ce qui est tout à fait normal pour une excursion en groupe. Cela permet aux voyageurs séjournant dans différents hôtels de participer à la même excursion. - La visite du Grand Sphinx est bien incluse dans le programme. Toutefois, si des restrictions temporaires, une forte affluence ou des consignes des autorités touristiques limitent l'accès ou modifient le temps de visite, cela est malheureusement indépendant de la volonté de toute agence de voyage. - Nous rejetons catégoriquement l'affirmation selon laquelle les participants seraient contraints de participer aux activités optionnelles. Celles-ci sont uniquement proposées à ceux qui souhaitent y prendre part. Les autres voyageurs sont libres de ne pas y participer, sans aucune obligation. Nous regrettons que vous ayez eu le sentiment d'être pressé. Néanmoins, visiter les principaux sites du Caire en une seule journée nécessite un programme bien organisé afin que chaque participant puisse profiter des points forts de l'excursion. Vos remarques ont bien été prises en compte et seront transmises à notre équipe opérationnelle, dans le cadre de notre démarche d'amélioration continue. Our excursion to Cairo was very disappointing on several points. First of all, the organization of the transportation needs to be reviewed. We had to change buses three times and spent 3 hours 30 minutes waiting in a parking lot in Hurghada, without explanation in the middle of the night. Regarding the paid options, they are practically forced upon you. If you choose not to take them, you simply have to wait on the bus without any activity, which was not specified. The visit to the Cairo Museum was much too fast. We had about 20 minutes of explanations with the guide, then only about ten minutes on our own. It is impossible to enjoy the museum or discover the collections at this pace. We strongly advise against paying for the extra option to visit the Grand Museum. In practice, the schedule does not allow for going there, because the sites close between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. The excursion advertises about 1 hour 30 minutes at each site, but in reality we only stayed 40 minutes at the museum, 45 minutes at the pyramids, and 30 minutes at the Sphinx. The program is therefore very far from what is advertised. On the other hand, the visit to the papyrus shop was a pleasant surprise. The explanations were interesting, the demonstration was high-quality, and no one forced us to buy anything. Finally, the pyramids are magnificent and live up to their reputation. However, the site is unfortunately marked by heavy exploitation of animals. It is difficult not to be shocked by the condition of some camels and horses, which bear whip or iron marks and remain exposed to the full sun all day long. This clearly tarnished our experience. In summary, despite the exceptional beauty of the pyramids, the poor organization, the lack of time at the sites, and certain aspects of the excursion do not, in our opinion, justify the price paid.

Le déroulement de la journée dépend de nombreux facteurs tels que la circulation au Caire, les contrôles de sécurité, les files d'attente aux entrées des sites et l'affluence touristique. Notre priorité reste de permettre à tous les participants de visiter les principaux monuments dans les meilleures conditions possibles tout en respectant les horaires de retour. Nous sommes toutefois heureux de lire que vous avez apprécié les explications dans l'atelier de papyrus ainsi que la beauté exceptionnelle des pyramides, qui restent l'un des plus grands trésors du patrimoine mondial. Concernant le bien-être des animaux présents sur le plateau de Gizeh, nous partageons votre sensibilité sur ce sujet. Il convient toutefois de préciser que ces animaux sont gérés par des propriétaires indépendants qui ne sont pas affiliés à notre société. Nous ne soutenons aucune forme de maltraitance et encourageons toujours nos voyageurs à ne pas utiliser les services d'exploitants dont les pratiques leur semblent inappropriées. Cairo is a city so filled with culture that all fans of Egypt will love it. Excellent ride on the Nile with a view of the city and its beautiful architecture. Top-notch guide, truly passionate and very kind. The experience at the pyramids is incredible, to be seen with one's own eyes.

The visit itself as well as the guide were pleasant. The explanations from the Egyptologist were interesting. However, the bus rides were horrible. A journey that normally takes 5 hours took 9, coffee breaks of 20 minutes turned into a meeting of drivers who smoked hookah together for over an hour, stops to do their shopping, an uncomfortable bus, and the organizers who do not allow you to change from the seat they assigned you, even if other seats become available. All of this means that you spend over 25 hours, most of it on a bus, you have little time for visits, and you end up having to rush through the explanations. If you want to fully enjoy your experience, do not hesitate to spend a little more and go by plane. You will truly have time to visit and you will preserve your back and your sleep.

From start to finish was a superb trip out. The places we visited , lots of different places as described the pyramids, museum,hanging church, Mosque, boat trip on the Nile (500 egyptian pounds extra), buffet lunch and the tour guide Ibrahim was very knowledgeable and knew his history on ancient Egypt. Would certainly recommend this trip as was value for money and excellent content.

we were asked to change 2 busses during trip to cairo from hurghada .. there were soo may passenger collection stops on the way and it made journey from 6 to 9hrs, The second coach which we were transfered to was very old from inside .. seats were broken and most uncomfortable.. Bus was very stinky and smelled like toilet.. my kids couldnt sleep and we were all awake and then had a very heavy day in cairo.. There was no need for transfering us from one bus to another .. as we later saw both busses were in Cairo.. we had hassle and hence wasnt kids friendly despite paying extra in bus as was asked by travel company on whatsapp to bay extra for pick and drop from hotel although on website wmit was not mentioned 🥺 it was suppose to be nice exciting and exploring day but the travel service broken seat and rude staff made it very tiring
