The entire experience was marvelous. None of us had ever done parasailing before. We all felt safe, informed, and had the best time. The views were unlike any other. We could see the currents and saw dolphins! The staff were fun and professional. Just do it if you haven't!
Dave and crew were amazing and made our experience so fun! They explained everything and put our minds at ease while keeping things lighthearted.
I had ordered in advance and when I went they said that they couldn't do the time I ordered and they were canceling the order or they had to provide another day and time.
We were really looking forward to parasailing on our Maui vacation, but unfortunately this was one of the most disappointing experiences we've had. Our original reservation was canceled because the company said they don't schedule departures on the half hour. We spent nearly two hours getting everything sorted out and were rebooked for the following morning. They easily could have just moved us back a half hour and everything would have been fine. Instead they just canceled the reservation with zero notification. When we arrived for our new reservation on the next day, no one was there. The operation had already packed up and left for the day, and we received no phone call, text, or email letting us know our reservation had been canceled again. We ended up planning two separate vacation mornings around this activity and never got to go parasailing. Whether this was due to poor communication or operational issues, the complete lack of notice and disregard for customers' time was extremely frustrating. If you're planning a vacation in Maui with limited time, I'd recommend booking with another parasailing company that has a reputation for reliable communication and honoring reservations.
Amazing time! Was peaceful to be up in the sky. Saw the water super blue. Crew was calm and made you feel safe.

Great experience, very clear in their instructions and family friendly. Love how they take pictures and automatically connect it to your phone. Highly recommend!
Fun experience, but $600 for four people to spend six minutes in the air was disappointing. (They advertise each flight is 6-9 minutes, but I figured that was the amount of time we’d spend 1200 feet up, not from when we left the boat to when we returned. Plus, since the guys are working for tips, I would have expected them to be generous with the amount of time in the air, not give us the bare minimum. (We purchased four flights, they paired us up into two doubles and each flight was only 6 minutes long.) And they weren’t even running late or needing to get back for another group, as we were their last clients of the day. Overall, fun but incredibly short and disappointing.
Viator scheduled the event as observer tickets only. We had to upgrade the tickets at the time of the event for an additional $120. What seemed like a good deal became an uncharted compared with purchasing through provider.
Amazing personality and services . Wonderful people with all first time riders in parasailing. I highly recommend this company because they care for your safety
