On our first visit to Copenhagen, we wanted to get a decent overview of the city, so the 48 hour bus and boat package seemed like an excellent idea. The canal cruise was outstanding (we ended up doing it twice because I bought a separate canal cruise ticket first for us, but since it was included in the bus & boat tour, I tried to cancel the separate canal cruise through Trip Advisor within the allotted time frame but was unable to do so.)The second cruise was awful, mainly due to the woman who was the guide. She was difficult to understand, very limited in her descriptions, and not friendly to deal with. The buses were okay but tricky sometimes to find the desired line. (There are at least 3 different routes.) The buses were a good way to see some parts of Copenhagen, but no guides or audio descriptions were offered. The Red Line failed to stop at 2+ designated stops, and no directions or guidance from bus drivers. As a passenger, you probably should know which site you want to visit (including entrance fees) and how much time you need. The bus stops are outlined on the map Strommer provides at the first stop.
Hoho in Copenhagen was good. Boat tour with our guide Soureth was excellent. If you only take one, take the boat, better perspective and a slower pace.

Unfortunately this excursion occurred during a major bicycle event in Copenhagen and our operator totally dropped the ball. Finally after waiting at our stop for 1 hour and 45 minutes, we walked away from our venue. Other people were buying vouchers of competing vendors (who were stopping with great frequency). I've used hop-on/ hop-off all over the world and this was just substandard. I'm sure any other time it's fine, but I wasn't here any other time. And, if our operator could not keep a minimum standard then they should have cancelled stops or limited increased buses. The canal tour this a.m. was quite good.

Very pleased with service. Made our trip so easy. Definitely encourage to choose the with boat ride option. We feel like we were able to see everything we wanted and more in one day. Highly Recommend!!
The bus got us around, we enjoyed the boat tour, the APP worked fine. The driver, Vlad was awesome, great chatting with him. Only thing that could be better - open earlier and stay later.
Appreciated the pick up at the Cruise terminal, however, it took more than an hour to actually begin the actual stops and 2+ hours to get to the stop where we could get the canal boat ride. We did not have enough time to do either the green or the purple route - It was a 48 hour ticket and I think all routes would have been doable if you used both days.

the STROOMA bus and boat are great.....lots of busses, very narration on bus and especially on the boat canal cruise......better than the red sightseeing bus

I could not use the second day bus service because there was royal run 26 marathon that day. All the bus and car routes closed. Viator should not sell ticket for this day. I wish I knew it and not pay for second day pass.
Dear Sevda, Thank you for the feedback. However our busses did run during Royal Run just for some alternative routs that could be seen online or if you asked our staff. the buses were good with many stops and frequent intervals with the highlight being the fiver cruise
We had a long walk from our hotel to the first stop of the hop on hop off. Difficult to locate stops and little or almost no ID card
