Vi starter vores tur fra centrum af Alicante i en komfortabel bil. I løbet af en kort tur på 20 til 30 minutter vil du nyde en smuk udsigt over bjergene. Højdepunktet på vores tur er en guidet tur i Canelobre-grotten, som er over 100.000 år gammel. For at få adgang til den går vi gennem en tunnel på omkring 45 meter. Sammen med en guide på engelsk og spansk rejser vi til fortiden. Vi vil opdage, hvordan vand og sten har givet anledning til imponerende former som drypsten, stalagmitter, søjler og vandmænd, blandt mange andre. Vi vil vide, hvor navnet på hulen kommer fra, og hvad ordet 'canelobre' betyder. Efter turen kan du besøge en butik med stenhåndværk for at vælge nogle gaver til dig selv eller din familie

The transportation element of the tour is the most important part, as this site is off the beaten track. The tour of the cave itself is given by representatives of the cave, not the tour operator. After the 1-hour tour in the cave, which the representative gave in both Spanish and English, our tour operator took us into the town of Busot and shared a few facts about it before walking us to the Museum of Ethnic Instruments, where we self-guided ourselves around this interesting, well-appointed museum. Afterwards, we were instructed to take as much time as we wanted to wander around the town. It would have been helpful to have had a map with a route identified to follow with landmarks so that we could appreciate the beauty of this charming town. Overall, this was one of the most basic tours we've ever taken, and we were underwhelmed by it even though the cave itself was spectacular.
Dear David! Thanks for your review, although critical. We are glad that you liked the cave and our transport service. In the village of Busot, you asked for extra time to walk around the village. You were given an additional time that you could inspect the beautiful Spanish village. This extra time was not part of the tour program. While you walked around the village, our driver was waiting for you and it was free for you. Since an extra walk is not included in the tour program - you were not provided with a village map.
It was a great experience, and quick drive from Alicante to the amazing cave, then to a small village music museum.

Completely useless visit. The cellars are lit by spots of color. No more or less 40 minutes of inaudible guide and forbidden photos!!! Go your way. The guide speaks very little or no English.

Everything went well, we’re picked up at our property. Myself and my son enjoyed the trip and spectacular views of caves. Would recommend to visit.
