Great experience
Absolutely unreal experience from start to finish! The team were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and made sure we enjoyed every minute. Being out on the water in the jet car was such a buzz and easily one of the highlights of our Dubai honeymoon. Worth every penny and something we would definitely recommend!

It was a great experience.
There was more spray and vibration than I could have imagined, and it was a great experience. Driving was difficult to be affected by the waves than I thought, but the operation itself is not difficult and there is no problem even for beginners It was a fun experience with lots of water throughout the tour For an additional fee, they will be able to take photos and videos on site The meeting place is in front of the restaurant, but there was no particular pick-me-up and we gathered there I didn't even know the name of the shop and had to look for it while showing photos to the locals, so I think it's better to check with the shop in advance how to get together

The tour was not provided by the organizer.
The appointment was canceled by the organizer before it started because the police prohibited jet car rides after 4 PM. We were not informed beforehand. We have arranged with Viator and the local tour operator to make up the tour tomorrow at 9 AM. We are still waiting for the written confirmation promised by Viator over the phone!!!

Fantastic experience
Efficient team, great car, and photos superb, well worth having as an extra. Would highly recommend. Only negative was the trip there and back in a tatty smelly car and driver holding phone to his ear and deep in conversation all the way there. Suggest book your own taxi!

Wow. What a ride in Jetcar
This was an amazing experience. Despite being poorly walking with the rollator, there was very good help to get down in the Jetcaren. So thank you. Good instruction. Security is fine. And then to the trip itself. Wow. What a ride. So thanks a lot to the whole crew. It was excellent.

Overall amazing! There’s not enough words to describe the experience. Seeing the Burj Al Arab in person was great plus our pictures were amazing. The guide was helpful and fun.
