Entré til Jeronimos kloster

We are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that the option selected at the time of booking was for standard entry tickets only and did not include skip-the-line access. As stated in the booking details, visitors are still required to follow the venue’s normal entry and security procedures, and waiting times may vary depending on crowd levels. The price also includes booking and service-related charges, so it may differ from the ticket price available directly at the venue. We sincerely regret any misunderstanding and the inconvenience caused during your visit.

Dear Sir Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the visit and found the experience worthwhile. We sincerely apologize for the long waiting time at the entrance, especially in the hot weather. During busy periods, entry lines can sometimes take longer than expected even with pre-booked tickets. We truly appreciate your helpful suggestion regarding hats and umbrellas, as it may help future visitors prepare more comfortably. Your feedback is very valuable to us, and we will continue working to improve the overall guest experience. Best regards, Dream Fly Tourism LLC
