Der er en fordel ved, at kunderne kan tage en halvdagstur til Jejus berømte steder efter eget valg. Denne tur er en separat halvdags rejseplan øst for Jeju for de mange krydstogtgæster, der besøger Jeju med korte ophold. Hvis du vælger østsiden af Jeju, kan du nyde Jeju kvindelige dykkeres optræden på Seongsan Ilchulbong, som er udpeget af UNESCO. Der er kun en engangsforestilling kl. 14 hver dag. Hver mandag er Haenyeobeok Museum og Stone Culture Plateau lukket. Så det er erstattet af en smuk hamdeok strand.

Seongsan Ilchulbong Tuff Cone, en skelsættende attraktion i Jeju, blev dannet for omkring 5.000 år siden fra et udbrud af magma på havbunden. Det er især berømt som et sted at se solopgang, kendt for at være en af de ti bedste udsøgte landskaber på Jeju Island. Udover at se solopgangen er Seongsan Ilchulbong Tuff Cone også kendt for at være et fremragende trekkingsted. Seongsan-Ojo-stien forbinder to landsbyer ved at krydse toppen. En anden populær sti, Jijil Trail, tilbyder et nærmere kig på den UNESCO-udpegede geopark samt Jejus lokale kultur. At gå ad en af disse stier anbefales for virkelig at opleve området; at gå hele vejen til toppen byder på udsigt over både det enorme vulkankrater i centrum og det blå hav, der omgiver området. For at fuldføre din tur skal du tage til Seongsanpo Port for at se haenyeo (kvindelige dykkere) på arbejde.
Jeju haenyeo er Jejus stærke mødre og Jeju-beboernes åndelige søjler. Jeju haenyeo-samfundets liv er også en model, som menneskeheden bør sigte efter. Jeju haenyeo dannede et meritbaseret samfund og besluttede demokratisk gennem diskussioner. Hun tog sig ikke kun af de ældre og svagelige, såsom Halmang Badang og Geseok, og skaffede midler med sit materielle overskud for at bidrage til samfundet, såsom landsbyer og skoler. Hun fandt også på forskellige ting til at sameksistere med havet, såsom strandfejning, guldsnapping og dialyse. Jeju haenyeo-kulturen blev anerkendt for sin værdi og blev registreret som en UNESCOs immaterielle kulturarv for menneskeheden den 30. november 2016 (lokal tid).
Den samlede længde af Manjanggul Lava Tube er omkring 7,4km. Det er et lava-rør, der er delvist flerlags. Hovedtunnelens bredde er 18 m og dens højde er 23 m. Det er en af de største lava rør i verden. Der er mange lava rør i verden, men Manjanggul lava rør har en betydelig betydning i, at det blev dannet for tusinder af år siden, og det er meget godt bevaret. Derfor er det meget værdifuldt for forskere og forskere. På grund af nedsænkning af loftet er der 3 indgange. Den ene, som turister kan bruge, er den anden indgang, og de må kun gå så langt som 1 km ind i den. Gwangchigi Beach kan prale af en af de mest uberørte og spektakulære udsigter langs Jeju's kystlinje. I det fjerne er Seongsan Sunrise Peak, en UNESCO World Natural Heritage site og juvel af Jeju Island. I området er mange trendy caféer og restauranter, samt rejsemuligheder og sjove ting at gøre med familien, såsom Aquaplanet Aquarium. Det er også hvor Olle vandrestier 1 og 2 forbinder.

The rain came down and Tera had the driver stop so that we could get rain coats. We did our tour in the rain and still had a wonderful time. Tera was great!!! One person thought they left their phone and Tera and the driver took them back to look for it. Great team had a beautiful day even though it rained.

Boy was our Guide Lee fantastic. He picked us up right at the cruise terminal, and took off on a great tour of the island. We had two requests (eating black pork and drinking Shoju) which he managed to pack into the full day tour. He was very knowledgeable and his English was superb.

Our guide Ko was wonderful. It was a very rainy day and our ship had shortened the time we would be in port by a lot, but Ko managed to find things we could see and do in the time we had. We would love to visit Jeju again sometime to see more of the island. Would definitely hire Ko again.
