Seongsan Ilchulbong Tuff Cone steg 180 meter over havets overflade på grund af en magma-strøm under havet for over 5.000 år siden. Det var oprindeligt en separat ø, men en opbygning af sand og jord har forbundet den med hovedøen. En stor krater, dannet af den varme lava blanding med koldt havvand, er placeret på toppen af Seongsan Ilchulbong Tuff Kone. Krateren er omkring 600 meter i diameter og 90 meter dyb. Det er blevet vist i film, og blev oprindeligt brugt til landbrug, men er nu blevet givet til et felt af sølvgræs. Fra toppen kan besøgende se Udo Island, samt nyde den storslåede solopgang. Tuff cone-området blev udpeget som naturreservat den 19. juli 2000. This tour was made even more enjoyable due to our guide, Jina!! The weather was perfect throughout the day, and even a hiccup with a lost passenger was mitigated by another guide who insured we all got to our lunch destination while Jina troubleshooted locating the lost passenger. You cannot fail to be impressed with guides from LOVE KOREA tour company when they put the wellbeing and welfare of their customers first. Jeju Island is a beautiful place with incredible natural beauty, especially during cherry blossom season. Ilchulland Botanical Garden was my favorite with Sunrise Peak a close second. The Seongeup Folk Village experience was very educational and entertaining thanks to village chief, King Wwangbali!

Yesterday we made the excursion to the south of the island with the same company and the same guide. So it was nice to discover the eastern part with the same guide. The two excursions each have their own charm and are quite different but also fun. It was also nice to be with a larger group! The different places were very interesting! Peter is a very good guide: funny, clear in his explanations and with valuable recommendations of things to test in Jeju. We see that he knows and loves the island. It was very nice, we highly recommend!

Our guide Peter was absolutely fantastic! funny, respectful, and very accommodating especially to my father, which we truly appreciated. Caves were great. Steven Yamato was good guide. Weather was bad so we were unable to see the women divers and the lava tube was closed but we still enjoyed

I had such a good time and wasn’t expecting to see has much for what l payed plus sometimes some tours want you to pay extra stuff but here everything was pay for the little price all day and comfortable ride. Our Gide Steven was a highlight because he explained everything, the places we visited very interesting and beautiful. I will suggest maybe share the menu before arriving for lunch and pass the order at the restaurant in order to win time and spend at the hiking and beach because it seems a little rush. Thank you l had such a good time in Jeju thanks to you!

I really loved and enjoyed the tour. It was a small group with Jason as our tour guide, his English is perfect, he is very passionate, charismatic and knowledgeable about Jeju its history and culture. Jason is very patient and honestly this tour was wonderful because I had a great guide. Just a suggestion for the future it would be nice if they drop us where you pick us up because it was very inconvenient the drop at Dongmun market.
