Hvad gør denne tur uforglemmelig er, at vi bruger en 4 x 4 cabriolet jeep, som er fantastisk for 360 graders udsigt over skoven og også giver turen appellen af eventyr. Besøg skoven i en jeep, giver dig den ideelle dimension af nationalparks størrelse, samt dens sande skønhed.

Tijuca Forest Tour er sandsynligvis en af de 5 mest populære ture i Rio de Janeiro by. Skoven betragtes som den største byskov i hele verden. Det repræsenterer 7% af hele byens territorium, og det er også kendt som Rio's lunger. At besøge byen uden at se skoven er som at tage til New York og ikke se centralparken. Rio handler om natur, vilde steder og smuk udsigt. Alle disse 3 ting kan ses og nydes i Tijuca Forest. Vores tur tager dig over denne smukke grønne verden, mens der kan ses fugle, små pattedyr og eksotiske planter undervejs. Almindelige arter er Saguis- og Capuchin-aberne, såvel som quatis (brasiliansk vaskebjørn) kan let opdages der. Hvad angår fugle, kan tukaner, kanarier, musmænd, høge og mange andre arter ses undervejs. Der kan også køres forskellige ruter, der kombinerer skoven med besøg i Sugar Loaf, Corcovado og strande på vestkysten, bare se vores kombinationsafdeling. Turnéen inkluderer besøg i Taunay`s Falls (bare for billeder, uden brusebad), Vista Chinesa (Chinese View) og besøgende Center.
Vi vil stoppe ved Taunay vandfald for billeder og nogle forklaringer om placeringen og hvor navnet kommer fra. Mulighed for at se vilde dyr som racuner og aber
Vi stopper uden for kapellet, hvor vi kan se fra ydersiden berømte malerier fra brasilianske kunstnere. Vi laver også en lille 20 minutters vandretur rundt i kapellet
Vi vil stoppe ved Vista Chinesa (Chinese View), som er en gammel konstruktion lavet i begyndelsen af det 20. århundrede til ære for det kinesiske samfund, der boede i de lavere dele af skoven, dyrker te. Udsigten over byen fra det sted er betagende
Vi gør et lille stop ved Mesa do Imperador (kejsers bord) et stenbord bygget i det 19. århundrede, som plejede at modtage besøgende fra det høje samfund i Rio, for pic nics, herunder vores kejser Dom Pedro II.
En hurtig stop på Cachoeira dos Primatas (mOnkey`s vandfald) er også inkluderet. Stedet fik sit navn på grund af den store mængde af aber, der kan ses der hver dag.
en lille sø bygget nær udgangen af nationalparken på sektor A, meget charmerende og med mange skildpadder og karpfisk.

The tour was incredibly (Christo+ Nationalparc) well organized from start to finish. Bernardo was extremely friendly and clearly put a great deal of effort into everything. You can genuinely learn a lot during the tour, as he shares very interesting and engaging facts throughout. It was perfectly organized from A to Z.

Eliel, our guide, was very good. The “jeep” is a Chevrolet truck but was good. The forest is in the city. We saw no animals or birds. We could not go into the visitor center or the Chinese palace. The short waterfall was scenic. We were unable to go to the taller waterfall. The drive back through the beach areas was the highlight.
Hello there. Some parts of the park were closed because we had a sudden storm alert and when that happens the park closes some parts without notice. About the animals it is a natural habitat so we cannot guarantee that animals can be seen. But you forgot to mention that you saw the big rodents we call capybaras at the lagoon. It’s an open air Jeep so best to remind clients to bring some protection from sun or rain or winds. Best thing about this tour was some view points, looking down onto the city and surrounding area.
yes its an open vehicle and that is mentioned on the tour page but your tittle seems like you were dissapointed with that fact, sorry to hear that and thank you for the review
This tour was not as described. It was not in a jeep, and the "adventure" component was not as expected. We hiked less than a quarter of a mile on a trail from one side of a roadway to another. Our guide was not knowledgeable about the wildlife and didn't know much about the forest, its history, or other background. His driving was dangerous, and we even had a tire blowout after he hit a rock. He drove us to Santa Teresa and the Selaron steps, but he had nothing to share with us about what we were looking at. I would encourage other travelers to find a safer, more knowledeable tour operator.
I am not sure what you mean because we only use 4x 4 convertible vehicles in this tour and we call them jeeps. These are serious accusations about our vehicle and guide so can you qt least give us the name of the guide? Was it a driver guide or the tour had a guide and a driver?
My family and I had a blast on this tour. Felipe was our guide and he was puntual, super nice and knowledgeable about Rio and the forest. He took us to all the hot spots for excellent picture taking. He was helpful in taking our photos and getting us to our next tour. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Our jeep tour was great, and the guide was excellent. The Organizer told us (via WhatsApp) the day before that the hike to Pedra Bonita was canceled due to weather-related reasons and that we would be offered an alternate hike. However, the guide on the day of the tour told us there was no hike included and that it was just a jeep tour. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this tour. Management of this tour appears to be very unorganized.

Right from the first plea for help, Rio adventures were absolutely outstanding. They hooked us up with a tour that fit us beautifully. Communication was the best. We had the most amazing time with our guide, Gilberto, who was really patient, knowledgeable and so adaptable. He communicated with me via WhatsApp the day prior to our tour and his instructions about where to meet feom our cruise was precise and easy to follow.. a short 3min walk. Absolutely safe as houses. Our tour was so good, waterfalls and caves. The weather turned, and we ended up cutting our forest tour short.. our decision. But Gilberto took us to a few amazing places to fill in our time. We ALL thoroughly enjoyed our day.
