The only reason this tour did not get a 5 star rating is due to the jeep not starting. We were placed in a van, but the company did bring out a jeep to our first stop and made everything right. Our guide, Jonny was amazing. We had a great time and glad we did it. This being the 5th time To Cozumel, this was the first time we explored the island itself.

Cozumel's extremely humid and salt-laden coastal environment can cause unexpected electrical issues even in well maintained vehicles, and our Jeeps also regularly navigate rugged off-road and muddy terrain which adds an additional layer of wear. Despite our strict maintenance program these situations can occasionally arise, and we are glad our Team was able to resolve it swiftly by bringing a replacement Jeep to your first stop and making everything right. We appreciate your understanding and patience and are so glad it did not take away from what sounds like a truly memorable day! We hope to welcome you back for visit number six very soon! The pickup was well ahead of time, which was a great start to the day. Our guide, Jonathan, was incredibly friendly, spoke excellent English, and made us feel right at home from the very beginning. He explained the itinerary clearly and calmly, and was completely flexible—if there was something we wanted to skip or spend less time on, he adjusted the plan without any hesitation. We had a wonderful private tour, and to top it all off, Jonathan even extended it by an extra hour! I couldn’t have asked for a better guide or experience. Highly recommended!

Brandon took us around the island and we had a wonderful time! When we met him, we discussed the plan for the day. We had little kids so he let us customize the itinerary. We went to Punta Sur and he walked us through the park. We asked to see a cenote and he guided us to one that would be fun for the kids. It was a great time! We ended with snorkeling and Brandon guided us through the ocean, making sure we were together and could see specific fish. He was very mindful of the time and made sure we were back at our cruise ship when we needed to be

We loved our expedition today by jeep. Our guide Rodrigo was very friendly and kind. Our family really liked the visit to the Coco beach club for snorkeling and the provided lunch. We recommend this experience with Rodrigo as a guide
