Beskrivelse
Opdag en spektakulær strækning af Athabasca-floden, hvor canyon-vildvand giver plads til vidtstrakt bjerglandskab. Start ved bunden af Athabasca Falls, hvor brusende vand flyder ind i Athabasca Canyon og hvidvandsactionen starter med det samme. Naviger en række spændende klasse 2+ rapids mellem høje klippevægge, omgivet af et bemærkelsesværdigt afsidesliggende vildnis.
Når du rejser nedstrøms, så landskabet forvandle sig, efterhånden som kløften giver plads til den vidstrakte Athabasca-dal. Floden bredes ud, strømfaldene bliver mere spredte, og panoramaudsigter over de canadiske Rocky Mountains udfolder sig omkring dig. Denne kombination af spændende canyon-whitewater og spektakulær bjergsigtslandskab gør Canyon Run på 12 km (7,5 miles) til et eventyr, som voksne og børn kan nyde sammen. Ingen tidligere raftingerfaring er påkrævet, og børn fra 5 år og opefter er velkomne.

Vådvæjle, padlejakker, redningsveste og neoprenstøvler er leveret. På koldere dage skal du medbringe et ekstra fleece, uld eller andet ikke-bomulds lag at bære under din padlejakke.

Alle deltagere skal udfylde en ansvarsfraskrivelse før rafting.
Alle afgangstider er i Alberta Mountain Time (MT).
Afgør cirka 3,5 timer til hele oplevelsen, inklusive tur/returtransport fra Jasper, omklædning, sikkerhedsoplysning og rafting. Afgangstider er omtrentlige og kan variere afhængigt af trafik, flod og driftsforhold.
Minimum antal deltagere er påkrævet for, at denne tur kan køre. Hvis minimumstal ikke opfyldes, vil du blive tilbudt en alternativ afgang eller fuld refusion.

Relaxed rafting in beautiful surroundings
Nice excursion with Colin and Trevor. Professional people, clear instructions. Ideal if you want to raft without significant risk, you get a little wet, but wetsuits keep you warm. Also suitable for children, beautiful tour through the landscape. Enjoy!

Great experience
A great combination of rapids and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The guides were great and kept us on time so that we had as much river time as possible.

Super fun experience - would do it again anytime!
We had a super great, fun afternoon on the river. Our tour guide Rian not only steered us safely through all the rapids, but also provided us with plenty of information about the wildlife and nature in the calmer passages. It was an all-around successful experience, we would book it again anytime!!

Fantastic experience
Had a fantastic experience with the team. Colin was our guide and was brilliant. Pointed out lots of interesting things whilst we went down river, whilst expertly navigating the river, giving us plenty of thrills through the rapids. Sat at the front and got thoroughly soaked, which made the experience more enjoyable! Brilliant morning, couldn’t recommend this trip enough.

Best experience ever

Jasper 2
The address for pickup was on the opposite side of the street so that was confusing. The parking cost was beyond expensive. The equipment was very good. Our guide was Ryan. She was great!!!

Family fun
It was a great low key experience. It's always fun to see where people are from when the guides ask. This time around - there was Netherlands, Germany, USA, and us Local Canadians. They truly made it as if they were walking out of their house to host your experience and some of them were. Since they lived in the same campground as your stay.
