James Bond Island Private Boat Tour

We booked a private boat tour with 5 Star Marine for the four of us, and it completely exceeded all our expectations! ​From start to finish, everything was organized to perfection. The taxi transfer was seamless and right on time. Onboard, the crew took such good care of us — they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire day. ​Even though we traveled during the rainy season, we were blessed with a glorious, warm, and sunny day on the water. We visited so many breathtaking places, enjoyed a delicious lunch, and made memories that will last a lifetime. ​If you are visiting Phuket, do not hesitate to book with 5 Star Marine. We did the James Bond Island tour yesterday with 5 Star Marine, and tour guide Jessica and the crew were simply amazing! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to cater to our family's wishes. They intuitively knew how to give us the best possible experience, and both the captain and the other crew member were so sweet, constantly playing and interacting with our youngest daughter so we (as parents) could enjoy the moments and capture great memories. ​Great attention was also paid to our other three children. There was so much humor, warmth, and great energy on the boat. They truly tailored the trip to what suited our family best. When we asked for some extra snorkeling, they made it happen—and wow, what beautiful fish we saw! We got to admire stunning locations, and we are so grateful as a family. ​The crew genuinely cared about our happiness and made sure this felt like our experience. Special shoutout to Jessica, who took wonderful family photos of us the entire day and even came up with creative new poses! Thank you, Jessica, Captain, and the rest of the team, for making this day so special for us. Highly recommended!

We had the private James Bond tour. Early pick up was suggested to avoid crowds and that was a fantastic suggestion. Our guide Chris was fantastic, active, responsible and always ready to help out. Perfect and funny guide. Captain and crew always ready to help. The tour was well organized so we were everywhere without other tourist. Food recommendation at floating village is a must do. Thank you for this wonderful experience and looking forwards to try another tour next time. 5 star for sure.

One of the best experiences we had in Phuket! We booked a private tour with 5 Star Marine and spent the day exploring Phang Nga Bay, Koh Panak, James Bond Island, Koh Panyee and Koh Hong in Krabi. Everything was extremely well organized from the moment we arrived at Phuket Boat Lagoon. Our guide Noon was fantastic throughout the day, taking care of everything and giving us the flexibility to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Being able to customize the itinerary was a huge plus, and adding Koh Hong in Krabi was definitely worth it. It ended up being our favorite stop of the day. The boat was comfortable, the crew were friendly and professional, and the whole experience felt very personal. It was a long day, but easily one of the most memorable days of our Thailand trip. Definitely worth it, especially if you want to experience Phang Nga Bay at your own pace. Highly recommended!

We booked a private tour for my son’s 12th birthday and it was the best day ever. The team was amazing and looked after us so well. They knew the best places to visit and even added an additional stop at my son’s request. I really couldn’t recommend them enough. The boats are amazing and also you feel very safe with the team - we had a tour guide, the captain and his deckhand.

Had a fabulous day, Jessica knew how to avoid the crowds and arranged the stops accordingly. We could choose how long to spend at each location and she worked with our timetable of wanting to be back at the dock at a certain time. Lunch was fantastic at an authentic Thai restaurant and there was delicious fresh fruit on board as well as drinks. The captain was very competent, we felt safe at all times and would definitely recommend this company and hope to go out with them again.

We had an incredible experience with 5 Star Marine in Thailand! We loved our Phi Phi Islands tour so much that we booked a second trip the following week to James Bond Island. Our guide, Alex, was absolutely outstanding—his knowledge of the area, including his experience working on films shot there, made the tours so interesting. He even took us to a beautiful hidden bay that felt completely untouched and was truly magical. Alex, along with the captain and crew, made us feel so welcome and looked after us all day. We couldn't recommend 5 Star Marine highly enough and would definitely book with them again!

Amazing day out with Alex and his crew. It was a memorable experience right from the start of the day, the greeting provided by Alex and the options shared for how we could approach the day were excellent. He gave us great advice and guidance but left it with us to decide the structure of the day based on our preference. Some of the places we visited (in addition to James Bond island) were simply spectacular. We experienced canoe through mangroves and caves, swimming in lagoons, exploring caves by foot, swimming at secluded beaches and bays and a delicious lunch. It was an action packed day and a real highlight of our holiday. I couldn’t recommend 5 Star Marine highly enough!

Amazing experience! The crew were attentive, friendly and great with our boys. We couldn’t believe what we were able to do in one day. It will go down as one of our top excursions we have ever done. Thanks again 5 star marine, you sure did live up to your name!

Amazing experience with our family on the private boat tour to Phang Gna. Our guide Yaya was fun, knowledgeable and so accommodating. We stoped for snorkeling - an add-on because it was a private tour I think. Then to beautiful stops at James Bond island, canoeing in caves, a short hike inside a sea cave, stilt village and swimming off a private island. The boat had all the snorkel gear, tons of water and soda, and they cut fresh fruit part way through the day. They even had small breakfast before we left the dock. She told us to leave early to miss the crowds and it wasn’t busy at any of the stops (we also came during the rainy season but happened to have beautiful weather) So well organized, clean, and fun. We came with our family which includes kids ages 10-20 and we all enjoyed the amazing day. We did see other traditional boats going to the same stops we did, but we were glad to be on the speed boat - more comfortable, lots of shade, and we could get from stop to stop faster. Great day, great guide, great experience with the company.
