A 90-minute boat trip just to see a piece of rock sticking out of the sea. Nothing else to do on James Bond Island, a small touristy hub lined with stalls selling souvenirs. The canoe rides weren't really anything exciting either but it was a fun outing and the crew on the boat were very pleasant, especially Sam.
Good value for money, knowledgeable and entertaining. Plenty of food for all. Great helpers with the canoes. Strongly recommend.
Fantastic setting we done full tour with James Bond island included what a stunning location and views we also done the sea canoe tour as part of it and the village on stilts then onto the monkey temple
The tour was very good for the price. The guide and his team at the top, the very nice kayaking trips, and the delicious Thai lunch. My only downsides are the fact that James Bond Island is so touristy and that takes away the charm of the place ... And the fact that some tourists do not respect anything, I think the staff of the boat should be more vigilant by indicating for example that you don't throw your cigarette butts into the sea !!!! In any case, I recommend !!
This is a fantastic day trip and well worth the money. The day starts slow as you arrive at the meeting point for everyone (I’m guessing this has to do with waiting for all the minibusses to arrive), however, once you board the boat the day picks up and doesn’t disappoint. The tour leader was fantastic, he spoke many languages and was enthusiastic all day as well as the rest of the staff onboard. There are complimentary refreshments provided and the lunch that is served was delicious, there’s something for everyone. The islands themselves are beautiful and are a joy to see, getting to swim in the waters during canoeing was a lovely experience too so be sure to bring swimming gear. All in all, this was one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand and would be happy to revisit at some point in the future!
