We needed a car and driver for the 5 days we were in Jakarta. Andi, our driver, was amazing. He was a great driver and knew his way around Jakarta. Whenever I would text him to pick us up because we were finished doing something, he would always be there within a couple of minutes. The car was always clean and ready with bottles of water. He was such a great guy. We will miss him. Additionally, booking the car service was super easy. I submitted a booking request on their website and I think I had a response within 30 minutes. Every time I would ask a question, the question was answered very promptly. THANK YOU!! We did not take any of the tours, we just did the car hire. However, based on the professionalism of what we experienced, I imagine that their tours are absolutely fabulous.

The car was fat too small. we were 4 adults and the is really only suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. The driver was as helpful as he could be, but, he spoke very little english, so it was a very quiet ride with no information about the area. We have used Viator's in other countries and they have been fantastic.
Hello Sheung, We have suggested that four people will be more comfortable if you choose a van, but you prefer an MPV Car, and we cannot force your wishes. Our drivers speak basic English and are not tour guides because you rent a vehicle, not a tour program/experience. Our driver tried his best to take you where you want and never refused your wishes. We apologize if our service standards still cannot satisfy you. This will be a valuable lesson for us to improve our services. Hopefully, this will not be a bad memory for you about tourism in Indonesia. Thank you very much for your review.
This tour was great! Our family loved it, including our teenage kids. Mr. Thomas was an excellent tour guide! He spoke very good English and provided history and context at every location. There was good time at every location to see the sites and Thomas allowed us the flexibility to choose if we wanted to stay longer or continue on. Though some of the attractions were closed due to COVID-19, alternate sites were included and it was still a very good trip. The transportation was clean, had nice air conditioning, and provided bottled water. Overall, we really enjoyed it and recommend this tour to everyone!
Very impressed with our tour and in love with the city of Jakarta. First about the tour - the service was very punctual and professional. Our guide (Jose) is a lovely man with great knowledge of Indonesia and it's history. He not only took us places but explained the political, cultural and social details really well. This made for a really insightful trip. He was also great engaging with our kids (7 and 9) and simplifying things for them. Next about Jakarta itself. Man, what a city!!! It's a sweating and pulsating Asian megacity with 30MM inhabitants which empitomizes harmony. Here modern skyscrapers and luxurious malls coexist with slums and street dwellers, here Southeast Asia's largest mosque (Istiqlal) sits right next to an old colonial Dutch cathedral, here the fear of being submerged by rising sea levels coexists with one of the worlds most active harbor activity and urban sprawl, here the eternal traffic jam is outwitted by the ants called Grab and Go Jek drivers. It's one of the most exciting cities. Recommend a weekend trip with a good guide.
We had Jose as guide and Tomas as driver, both are excellent at their jobs. The tour was flexible to our preferences, and Jose has excellent English. Every part exceeded our expectations, and was both cultural and very informative. The whole day flew by and went very smoothly despite usual Jakarta traffic. Would highly recommend this tour.
