No customer care
I am disgusted with this company. We are 2 female pensioners & due to train issues got to the meet place 3 minutes late & tour had left. Immediately phoned the company & an extremely rude man who said he was called Roy, would not give us any help as to which direction the tour took so we could catch it up, said tough luck you missed it , we asked to speak to someone else which he refused. He was very condescending & refused to help at all.

Tragic and grisly events, recalled in great detail by our excellent guide.
Our "Jack the ripper" walking tour was really good, made so by Kieran the tour guide who knew all the grisly details and told the stories so well, including by reciting word for word, the letters sent by JTR to the newspapers. An excellent tour, highly recommended.

Walking Tour
This tour was fine, just underwhelming. I understand it’s hard to give a tour on a complete mystery but I felt the content was lacking. The tour guide Irene was phenomenal though. Very clear and able to answer questions.

Great Tour with “Jim the Ripper”
My wife and I had a great time with our tour guide, “Jim the Ripper,” of Golden Tours. There were two other couples on the tour — which made for a more personal experience. I appreciated how Jim started with the old Roman London Wall and gave us some historical context to set the scene for the time of Jack the Ripper. He also shared plenty of other interesting little tidbits along the way that added to the experience. The price was very reasonable, and the 1.5-hour length was just right. A fun and informative way to explore this darker and infamous part of London’s history!
