Unfortunately, the tour was canceled at short notice due to a lack of participants. An alternative would only have been possible in other languages.
Hola, Como bien le avisé por email esa misma mañana (10 am, por lo tanto, 8 horas de antelación con respecto a la hora de inicio del tour), esperé lo máximo posible para ver si alguien más reservaba, ya que la cancelación siempre es el último recurso para un negocio como el mío. Desgraciadamente, al tratarse de un lunes antes de las vacaciones de verano, hay menos gente en la ciudad y ha hecho que la realización no sea posible. Lamento mucho que su reembolso le haya causado tal malestar que se haya visto obligado a dejar 1*. Un cordial saludo

Carmen in an amazing guide! From the beginning you could tell she is very passionate and knowledgeable about the topic. She’s an amazing storyteller and is always sharing facts and photos to enrich your experience. We took the tour in Spanish and it was wonderful.
We had a very good experience with the Jack the Ripper Tour. Carmen, our guide, has been super friendly, attentive, and has explained everything great and in great detail. You can tell she likes her job, that she likes having it as a guide. I highly recommend the tour, a 10/10!
Just wonderful. Carmen is great! Very didactic, with that point of “humor” that can be given to such a story, manages to immerse yourself in the history and London of the late nineteenth century. We spent two hours flying. Super recommended
