The experience was great from the moment of pickup until I got back to the hotel. Flawless organization - enough time spent in each location and lots of interesting stories provided by our guide. There were no extra hidden admission fees either - the ferry, Vathy museum - all taken care of. Recommended for those who want to explore Ithaca but do not wish to rent a car.
We did the Ithaca tour and it was excellent. We saw many things and even swim.
Vanna our guide was amazing. She was so funny, kind and knowledgeable. The best tour we’ve ever been on. So many beautiful sites. Perfect timing and plenty of time to explore each area by ourselves. 100/10 experience!
It was a lovely day out over to Ithaca, so much history. Vathy and Kuoni were so lovely. Bring swimmers as you can have a dip
We had a wonderful day long trip to Ithaca with our tour guide Vanna. What a fabulous tour guide…she is so knowledgeable, caring and made the day fun too. Our driver was amazing and we felt so safe. We’d highly recommend this company…we went on a trip with them last year to Myrtos beach, fiskardo and Assos.
We really enjoyed this coach (and ferry) trip to and around Ithaca. We were one of the earliest pick ups, from Lassi, at 6.45am and were dropped back around 12 hours later. First stop, after an enjoyable ferry trip with good coffee, was Vathy at around 9am (breakfast/musem/shops/seafront and statues) then Kathara Monastery, beautiful Kioni for lunch and Stavros for dessert, back to the ferry for about 5pm! The coach driver Vangelis made us feel very safe despite some very narrow and steep roads and it was good fun sitting back and enjoying the beautiful views on both Kefalonia and Ithaca. Vanna kept us entertained with lots of history and information about the island and you could stay with her for more information during the stop offs or go off on your own as preferred. We didn't want to stop at beaches and swim (which you can do on other tours) but to see more of the island with a view to returning another time to spend longer exploring and it was a great and relaxing first introduction.
Beautiful island, and a real privilege to see so much of it in one day. Quite relaxing. I did feel we were short on time with stops, and maybe could have cut out Stavros, or shortened the visit there, as it just felt like we stopped to visit the ice cream store, when we could have spent more time at the time stop in Vathy, which had more to do.
Experience driver and nice lady who assisted us trough the tour. We have enough time to visit some places and to eat. Highly recommended

A really great tour with the informative and friendly Vanna. We started off with a ferry ride over to Ithaca and then onwards to our first stop in Vathi. Vanna was very helpful in pointing out things of potential interest and showing us where to find certain places. A definite highlight for us was the trip up to the Monastery but it's not for the faint hearted! Those are some twisted roads, 180 degrees turns and death defying drops, all in a coach but we were in safe hands and the view from the highest point of the island was well worth it! As was the lunchtime stop in Kioni which is basically a picture perfect postcard in real life. There is a lot of time spent on the coach travelling between places but it's a good chance to hear about the history of the island, including the impact of the 1953 earthquake and the story of Odysseus. All in all a good trip with a good company. Thanks for a lovely trip!
