Den hjemmelavede pasta klasse er en gruppe lektion hvor du vil lære at lave en frisk æg pasta og ferskvand pasta, tre saucer og dessert. Du vil lære hemmelighederne at lave fremragende italiensk frisk pasta, en hæfteklammer i italiensk kultur. I slutningen vil du nyde de autentiske retter, du har oprettet, ledsaget af en toscansk vin i den florentinske stil vinkælder, der går tilbage til 1300-1400.

The class facilities are off a little alleyway close to the Pitti Palace. Both the facilities and the instructor were top-notch. Allow yourself some time to locate the entrance prior to your class time.It was fun to learn and then enjoy a meal that included our contributions. The underground grotto dining area was a great place to end the class, enjoy our meal, and cool off.
Made three pastas and two sauces with Chef Giacomo, who was very patient with our various abilities.

Making three different types of pasta, entertaining chef, who taught us well. Good wine, good food, good conversation A definite must do is interested in participating in cooking .... and eating and drinking.
The chef was great. He is teaching perfectly. They always answer it carefully. The give some advise and teach the skills
Booked the 11:30 homemade pasta class through their website and showed up at 11:28 and no one answered the door or the phone, even though we booked 5 days in advance and received a confirmation email. Waited for 30 minutes and tried calling, e-mailing and ringing the door bell but no response. Will be trying to get a refund but frustrated by the lack of information and response.
Great time. Learned a lot. Enjoyed the food we made. The only thing my granddaughter wanted to do in italy. Mission accomplished!
This was our favorite experience in Italy. The chef was amazing, kept it interesting for the adults, but also was very engaging with the kids. My son now states he wants to be a chef. He keeps referring to himself as “little chef,“ as this is what they called him. Cannot recommend this experience enough! The kids are already asking to make pasta at home!

Fun cooking class with a great English speaking chef. The price is also fair, so definitely no reason not to spend a rainy day in the kitchen!
