Very smooth, easy rides to and from our location. Avram was a great driver, very friendly and accommodating. He was fabulous at communicating, flexible with our schedule and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Made everything very stress free.

Our flight got delayed and I called their office as soon as we knew to update them but no answer and no way to leave a message on a saturday. So I called Viator and they put me on hold and called them and also got no answer and sent them an email. When we finally landed there were a couple of texts saying if I didnt reach right out to them, they would consider our shuttle cancelled. This was very distressing. I texted them right back and our shuttle driver had left with another group but was coming back for us so we had to wait an hour and a half at the airport for him. The driver TY was great and got us to the resort as fast as he could. It was over a two hour drive. We requested him for our return shuttle as well. Its just odd that a travel company doing shuttle service isnt open on the weekends!! They said they never got the calls and never got the email from Viator. My driver told me he had to tell them not to cancel me because we were obviously up in the air with no access to their texts. He made a great effort to drive back the two hours to get us and then drive two hours to the resort.
Hi Cathy, Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience caused you distress, especially during what was already a stressful travel delay. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. We would like to clarify that we did not receive any direct notification from you or Viator prior to your scheduled pickup time. Although we were actively tracking your flight, we had no way of confirming whether you were onboard or had made alternate arrangements. Unfortunately, no message was passed along to us, despite our efforts to reach out several hours in advance via text and through your booking messages to confirm your travel status. As a shared shuttle service, our vehicles operate on a fixed schedule with multiple confirmed passengers, and our policies—which were outlined in your personalised confirmation document—note that rescheduling must be communicated in advance whenever possible. Our direct contact details was also outlined in this document for direct communication. That said, we fully understand how unpredictable travel delays can be. Despite not receiving a timely update, we made a generous exception by dispatching the driver back to the airport outside our scheduled time slots to ensure you could still get to your resort safely. We're glad to hear that Ty provided excellent service, and we’re proud of the dedication he showed in making sure you were taken care of. We also acknowledge your concern regarding our availability over the weekend. While our dispatch team is actively monitoring and operating on weekends, our office phone line does have limited availability, however our direct cell lines are operable 24/7. We are currently reviewing this to see where we can improve our communication process moving forward. Thank you again for your feedback—and for recognising Ty’s great work. Nonetheless, we're glad we could've resolved the delay. We hope the rest of your trip was enjoyable, and we look forward to serving you again under smoother circumstances.
After several flight delays, the driver was waiting patiently for us with a visible sign with our names. He was friendly and the drive to our resort was smooth.

My extended family and I traveled to Belize for a week and it was so nice to have such a great, convenient, and comfortable ride to Hopkins. Our driver, Avram, communicated really well with us while navigating through the airport and assured us we were in great hands! We were! He offered other recommendations and gave us helpful information about Belize. I highly recommend using them! They’ll make your travels so easy and stress-free! And they were very friendly and helpful!
The driver was a Lovely polite young man and a very good driver. I appreciated the bottle of cold water provided.
