Ibiza har en rig historie med mad, påvirket af forskellige kulturer gennem tusinder af år. Hvilken bedre måde at opleve dette på end at smage det selv? Nogle af de restauranter, du kan gå til, omfatter en skjult te-butik, en restaurant med Michelin-klasse tapas og meget mere. Tag med og opdag historierne bag maden, drikkevarerne, ejerne og kokkene, som kun kan findes ved at booke denne tur. På grupperejsen får du måske følgeskab af andre mennesker - hvilket normalt gør det meget sjovere!

Du vil blive taget til steder, som kun de lokale kender, og lære de historier, som kokkene har fortalt os. Du vil gå til omhyggeligt udvalgte steder for at prøve lækre retter tilberedt af de bedste kokke, såsom traditionelle tapas, lokalt fremskaffede fødevarer, Ibizas sobrasada-pølse og en række drikkevarer. Du vil besøge de absolut bedste kulinariske spillesteder, som Ibiza by har at byde på. Lige fra den ældste restaurant i Ibiza, til en restaurant med Michelin kvalitets tapas; fra en lokal tefusion til håndlavet is. Du vil med garanti få forkælet dine smagsløg!
Vi vil gå gennem Dalt Vila og du vil lære nogle interessante historiske fakta, vi kan også besøge et madsted der!

- Der er adgang til offentlig transport i nærheden
- Spædbørn skal sidde på skødet af en voksen
- Velegnet til alle fitnessniveauer
- Mindstealder: Vi foreslår en mindstealder på 14 år, men alle er velkomne. Forældre ved bedst, om deres børn vil lide det. Prisen for børn er den samme som for voksne.
- Den samlede afstand af turen er omkring 4kms på gangveje og veje - med mange stop og pauser. Den længste gåtur er ca. 10 minutter. Vi går også ind i den gamle bydel (Dalt Vila), som omfatter nogle trin og stenede gader. Turen er ikke egnet til personer med mobilitetsproblemer.
- Det mindste antal personer er 3 og det maksimale 12. Hvis vi har eksisterende reservationer af åbne grupper tilføjer vi ekstra datoer, der kan bookes for enkeltpersoner eller 2 personer!

What a fun way to see and taste a bit of Ibiza. Our guide Grant was phenomenal, inviting and full of fun and interesting facts about this beautiful area. He set a nice strolling pace for our intimate group. The food options were amazing and by the end of the tour we were fully stuffed. A great big mahalo Grant for a memorable experience. We completely enjoyed this tour and hearing about the history of Ibiza with Jasmine. The food was excellent, and the wine was plentiful. I am still dreaming of the sandwich we had!! What a great way to spend an evening.

Sarah guided us today on the Heaven’s Gate walk. I was taking my yoga group from Yoga Magdale and they all absolutely loved it. The views were spectacular and Sarah’s knowledge of the island was second to none including interesting stories about the history of Ibiza and showing us all the different plants and herbs along the way. Not only that she was great company and we all chatted all the way for 3 hrs!. Can highly recommend these tours and Will definitely do again. Thank you Sarah! X

Roger was our guide and was excellent, what a fabulous character, who gave us a real insight into Ibiza history, and the food stops were exceptional. I’d definitely recommend this tour, we met some lovely people on the evening and really enjoyed the whole experience.

Roger , “ the hippie elf” took us on an anazing evening food tour of old town Ibiza . All the locations were great and diverse and friendly. We are experienced “ food tourers “ in many European cities , and this tour is right up there with the best
