Vi er en gruppe venner, der mødtes på universitetet og startede dette rejseselskab i 2017. Vi dimitterede fra Istanbuls universitet fra afdelingen for turisme og turguide. Hver enkelt af os har en professionel rejselederlicens. Alle vores chauffører har et særligt kørekort fra Turisme Kommune. Vi er godt klar over, at denne sektor er baseret på pålidelighed og gæstefeedback. Getting to the driver from the IST airport took forever and it was pure chaos . The system was badly organized but all outside transportation I believe does the same thing. In terms of the actual service mu driver Muhittin was great, fast and super attentive.
The communication was good and fast, but a little confusing, I think if they had waited with a sign it would have helped, it took a while between the meeting and the departure, the car was spacious but the air was hot. Finally tips to improve! But otherwise everything is okay.

Em relação à placa com o nome, infelizmente placas personalizadas não são permitidas na área de encontro do aeroporto. Por isso, orientamos nossos passageiros a sair pelo Portão 13 e procurar o ponto de encontro M-55, onde nossa equipe os recebe e acompanha até o veículo. The vehicle arrived late meaning I was stood in a carpark for 15minutes. The vehicle was old, well worn & no water was provided as advertised.

The reservation was made for the European side, but the actual address was on the Asian side. This change was understood at the last minute. Although this was not caused by us and was outside our operating area, we chose to resolve the situation to avoid canceling your service. Due to the last-minute change, we had to arrange and pay another licensed agency to complete your transfer to the Asian side.
