The trip was amazing! Super tour guides, we got to see whales. The meeting place could have been a little more clear. But overall it was super experience.

Things went wrong. The address provided for meeting the group was wrong but we asked around and walked fast to get to the right area on time. Once we got to the check in table we were told to move out of the way.. ( who’s way?) I asked if we could check in .. a different man said, Well! where is your QR code and rolled his eyes and made an exasperated noise. We quickly showed him the code. And the first guy took our picture…? We got on the boat and our guide and motor operator were good :). No whales but you can’t control that. The boat motor made a weird noise and could only move very, very slowly back to the dock which took a very long time. The end

It was nice but the description is very misleading. The whale watching isn’t 2 hours. It’s also a water taxi for those that booked a ride to the beach by the Arch. They combined the two tours and it’s not a quick drop off. Also the guide was very nice but there was no talk about the whales, their migration, etc. as described. Still, we saw a few whales and had a good time.

We arrived at 8:02 for our tour and they would not take us. We did not receive any form of information to check in early but the check in people said we were supposed to be there 20 min early. Not okay.

Loved the whales The operator didn’t appear until just before the assembly time and there’s a louder description of how to find them. They said look for the large statue in The plaza. There were six surfboards at a corner of the marina And no one spoke English

It was great! My only suggestions is for trips at the Cabo San Lucas marina be very very clear what dock to go too!

Absolute ride in Hell . I have been to cabo multiple times and this boat ride from start to finish was horrendous. The boat started 45 minutes late , the boat driver was blasting wildly inapproriate songs , he was driving so fast that he splashed and got us thoroughly wet , was very unsteady in water and when whales were sighted he couldnt care less unless we asked him to accelerate. Very very poor experience and I highly caution you guys not to entertain these guys.

The delayed departure was due to ocean weather conditions, as the waves were higher than usual and we always prioritize safety before leaving the marina.
