Hastle free transfer. Very good price for money.
This short transfer was good. My driver was an unexpected guide and we had a great conversation on the way to the airport. He arrived on time and was very professional. The fee was great value for distance and time.

A very beautiful experience, everything was perfect from start to finish; from the reservation, I received a confirmation SMS on WhatsApp reconfirming the arrival information at the airport. Upon my arrival, everything was very organized, from the person who welcomed us to the very friendly and polite drivers 👌 They also offer excursions, but I have not booked any yet. I recommend it. Mohamed came to pick us up at the airport in Hurghada. He took care of the visa, which I found nice, but he took his little cut from the final price. I thought it was okay; it's cultural there. In the meantime, he was taking out other people, so we lost him and ended up asking for a phone outside to reach him. However, for the return transfer, my husband booked with his app and paid. We waited 30 minutes in front of the hotel, and no one showed up. We tried to call, and no one answered under my husband's name, but they immediately responded to mine because they thought I wanted to book on WhatsApp. However, we preferred not to wait any longer and stopped a taxi on the road, which ended up costing half as much to drop us off at Terminal 1. I even took his number because I go there often, so I think it is not serious on their part. If I hadn't anticipated, I would have missed my flight. It's incredible not to respond to a reservation and to answer someone else because we had two different names. It's a shame, but I still gave 2 stars because Mohamed was simply smiling, but we only saw him for 5 minutes, just long enough to process the visa and put us in a car.
