Heldagstur til Humahuaca og Hornocal
Beskrivelse
Vi tager afsted fra byen Salta på vej mod nord ad National Route 9, vi passerer gennem udkanten af San Salvador de Jujuy for at komme ind i Quebrada de Humahuaca, menneskehedens kulturelle og naturlige arv. Den første by, vi besøger, vil være Purmamarca, en typisk by med en flerfarvet messe på den centrale plads, adobehuse, kirken Sta Rosa de Lima og den spektakulære Cerro de los Siete Colores. Den næste by at besøge er Maimará, hvor vi kan værdsætte farverne på malerens palet. I Tilcara tager vi på en byrundtur og i Huacalera ser vi monolitten med legenden Stenbukkens vendekreds og dens symbol. I Humahuaca spiser vi frokost, og du vil være i stand til at værdsætte monumentet til inkaerne, uafhængighedens helte. Til sidst besøger vi Serranía del Hornocal (Hill of 14 Colors), hvor "My Masterpiece" blev filmet. Det er afslutningen på kridttiden, hvor de sidste dinosaurer levede for 75 millioner år siden.

Great experience visiting Humahuaca and Hornocal. The guide was David, who with his sense of humor contributed a lot to make the tour even better.
That's exactly how I would describe this company. Hornocal gave us 15-20 minutes to visit the peak with 14 flowers, not counting the lines for photos. That was barely enough time to take photos. Instead, they repeatedly persuade you, over and over again, to go to a strange market where they sell all sorts of rags as souvenirs. It's sad.
We hired an agency that referred us to take the Humahuaca tour with Hornocal through this agency. Honestly, we had a fantastic time! In the morning, they picked us up on time and offered us coffee while we waited to depart. Our driver was Charly and the guide was Maria. We had a really great time, we explored everything, and we were lucky to follow the itinerary and see everything planned. The time was sufficient to visit, eat, shop, and take photos. All the recommendations were helpful, they assisted us with the altitude and everything!! Geniuses! Additionally, guide Maria shared super interesting facts along the way and was always friendly and open to questions. Charly drives very well! We hardly felt the curves of the road and the altitude, which is staggering for someone from Córdoba! We recommend them!! Thank you for making us have a dream day. We will return, and without a doubt, next time we will hire directly with Parada Norte!
