It started adventurously with the drive to the port.The car was more than broken!!! Shock absorber misread!! Then we came on board,and the ascent to the upper deck very daring, no stopping. Wc unacceptable. Garbage was flying all over the deck because garbage cans were not emptied. Then the coronation, the photographer, smoked a joint first. Threw the guests random is water and encouraged the guests to jump from the upper deck into the water. Then got served as the food that was not to be enjoyed. Spagetti cold not seasoned,fish??? Don't know what that was!!! Almost everyone threw the food in the bin. The promised German-speaking travel support, was not given, it was only spoken English and French! At the end of the tour we were asked if we were German, only then he asked in German how we found the tour

never came to pick us up in front of our hotel, so did not make the excursion and no refund
We could not make an excursion with them for the storm, at all times they were super attentive and tried to give us another day, but since we already had other excursions contracted, we found it impossible to go. While hiking with very bad coverage, they managed everything for the refund of the money of the excursion. We feel very grateful.

Despite the cold wind we enjoyed this excursion and snorkeling allowed us to see beautiful fish and corals. The crew of the boat was very nice and the photographers who accompanied us took great photos. Very pleasant day!

We had great day with team from start to end with high carefully with communication details and every thing on time . Day was great crew and Hula Hula . Great service lunch on board was delicious and atmosphere very friendly helpful thanks

Nice experience, professional staff, great organization, good food and excellent security management. Regarding snorkeling activities, I would suggest to also prepare wetsuits for diving for colder periods

The excursion was very good. We were able to see coral, lots of fish and even dolphins, which was an incredible experience. The crew were very friendly and attentive at all times. They picked us up from the hotel and we spent the whole day enjoying the trip. Highly recommended!
