Was an amazing tour, Sam our tour guide was great n gave us tips. Wailea falls had an amazing waterfall. The walk thru the garden was filled with beautiful scenery. The food there was also very good for the price. Waygu burgers n Kaluha pork were delicious. My only part was the kayaking, the man in charge was very grumpy? Maybe had a bad day or fed up with tourist? All in all Surf Tours did ab amazing job.

Very accommodating guide. Sam has been a great tour guide, very knowledgeable. Love the Waimea waterfall and gardens. Came solo at the beginning of my stay on the island, then talked the family into going with me again. Just a lovely, full day experience.
It was exactly what I was looking for! Easy pick up spot, great guide with useful info as good humor along the way. Got to see turtles and all kinds of fish. The kayak was a short little relaxing paddle and the shaved ice in Haleiwa was spot on! Worth the money and overall great day!

I can’t recommend Sam enough! He made our Oahu tour one of the absolute highlights of our trip. From the moment we got on the bus, it was clear how passionate and knowledgeable he is about the island. It felt like he had an interesting story, historical fact, or local insight about every place we visited, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that was engaging and easy to follow. On top of that, Sam was hilarious. He kept the entire group entertained throughout the day, and the long drives between stops flew by because of his personality and storytelling. The ride was smooth, the day was well organized, and he always made sure everyone was comfortable, having fun, and getting the most out of each stop. What really stood out was how much effort he put into the experience. He consistently went above and beyond by sharing extra details, pointing out things we never would have noticed on our own, and making every stop feel meaningful rather than just another photo opportunity. If you’re lucky enough to have Sam as your guide, you’re in for an incredible day. He truly made this one of our favorite days in Hawaii, and we’re so grateful for the experience. Mahalo, Sam!
We loved our Tour and tour guide! Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable and made our trip so much more enjoyable. We’re able to pick two activities to participate in. We hiked to the waterfall and swim. Then we took a kayak up the river to the third bridge.. Wonderful food was available at each stop.
being driven around by Cousin G was great. He was knowledgeable, funny and respectful. At first I thought the value for the experience was a little pricey, but had we drove to Waimea waterfall paid to get in and parking and gas it would have been the cost of the ticket. But we still had another excursion. Cousin G also made plenty of delicious stops. And we enjoy supporting small independent businesses. Overall a great day and family experience.
