All the employees were friendly and always ready to help and answer questions. The pickups were always on time/already there when we showed up. In our 3 day stay we visited Vic Falls with a guide, flew on the helicopter and took a wonderful lunch cruise. All the activities were booked and organized by the African Fairytale team. Overall a recommendstion for tourists who are looking for a well organized tour operator.
The transfer went very smoothly. The driver was waiting with a sign with our name and quickly took us to our hotel. He was very friendly and told us a lot of info about the area.
Jonathan was an excellent host, very punctual, professional and informative. He also facilitated our accomodation, Boma Dinner, boat cruise dinner, tour of the falls and zip line activities. All we had to do was show up.
Jonathan is professional, polite and friendly. I counted with his help from the airport to the city and the way back as well some days after. Highly recommended!

Jonathan was very punctual and an excellent driver. He was waiting at the airport when we landed and was very helpful and informative. I would recommend him.
Booked an airport to Victoria Falls transfer in advance with these guys, Jonathan was waiting with our name plaque and very efficiently transferred us to the hotel. He was very friendly and talked about the local area as we drove along. We were suitably impressed to book him for the return journey too, he turned up early and spirited as back to the airport with similar efficiency and charm. Highly recommended.
Never book with it, totally unreliable, do not trust this service, worst service, we wait at airport and driver says I am in city and cannot come

The driver assigned to your transfer did not follow our operational procedures, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience to you. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we arranged an alternative driver to ensure you were collected and not left stranded. Jonathan collected us from the airport and dropped us at our hotel; he was ready and waiting for us as we landed. Along the way he filled us in on some of Zimbabwe’s history and showed us the layout of the town. He was punctual, courteous, and super friendly. On our way home Prince collected us from the hotel; he was exactly on time and got us to the airport safely. We absolutely recommend African Fairytale Tours.
Jonathon and Mthabisi were amazing! I was travelling alone and felt so safe with them. They were always there with a warm and welcoming smile, waiting for me at the decided spot a few mins earlier even to make sure I never had to wait alone. They shared stories of their culture, people and gave me amazing recommendations too. I had to cut my trip short unexpectedly but they always went above and beyond to make sure they worked with my schedule. Would HIGHLY recommend them.
The driver that collected us from the airport was very friendly. Over and above the fact that he collected us on time, he even shared some other activities that we could do. On the way to the lodge he even showed us some areas along the way. I also recommend Him for his honesty and integrity when we forgot our folder with some documents he brought them back to our lodge.
