Luis was a very knowledgable and highly entertaining guide! His insight into what to do, where to eat and all the history of the town and surrounding area was very valuable!

Luis was an excellent, very knowledgeable guide. So much to see! With a 3 hour time frame we could have seen more. For some reason he was under the impression that none of us paid for the tour but we all did. It would have been helpful ( and more professional) if he had a hat or jacket or something to identify himself as a guide. We were looking all over for someone. Great value.

To clarify, some platforms only collect a booking fee to secure your spot, while the tour itself is gratuity-based; however, we will work with our team to ensure this is communicated more clearly to avoid any awkwardness. Regarding identification, our guides typically carry a red umbrella with our company name during the colder months, but we hear you—it wasn't enough this time. We are already looking into more efficient ways (like branded hats or gear) to make sure we’re easily spotted. We really enjoyed the walk with Jayne, in Victoria. He showed us the parliament, the promenade and told us many anecdotes of the place. The city is very nice and we had a great time. We'd love to come back soon.

We really enjoyed the personalized tour with Luis. He's a very nice, knowledgeable gentleman. We visited chinatown and main street 10/10

Our tour guide was extremely kind and friendly. Very knowledgable about history and the city of Victoria. We really enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend this tour. I brought a friend for her birthday. We had lunch on the harbor and then met the tour guide at the Visitor Centre at 2 p.m. We had beautiful sunny although chilly weather in early November. Just lovely. The guide was very generous and respectful. So glad we went!

The tour gave us a good overview of the history and development of Victoria. Our Guild Joe was very good, entertaining and at the same time very informative. The perfect combination for us. The tour was good to go .
