Our tour guide, Annika, and our driver, Tai, took excellent care of us throughout the trip. They arrived at our hotel right on time to pick us up, and everything was well organized from start to finish. Both the bus ride and the ferry crossing were smooth and enjoyable. We arrived in Victoria ahead of schedule, which gave us extra time to explore Butchart Gardens without feeling rushed.

Communication about pick up was accurate with another call the day before to ensure details. Very comfortable bus journey, with great driving by David whilst entertaining commentary by Joel to pass the miles by. Helpful information re location facilities, restaurants and time expectations. Historical snippets also added to the experience. A long day, but great content and plenty of time to enjoy Butchart Gardens which was my main event.

We were met at our hotel by a very smiley, friendly man named Joel. From that moment, we knew we were in for a treat! Joel is the funniest guy I've ever met! His haircut is like a scientist and Albert Einstein if they had a baby. David very good driver, I would say go with your older part of the family but in other occasions it was very very very good.
