I booked a Safari with Maduranga, and it was an amazing overall experience. We were lucky to see many elephants (including babies), deer, peacocks and crocodiles. Maduranga was gracious enough to explain in detail about all the animals, and we had a lot of fun together. Will definitely recommend him!
UDAWALAWAY Today we had a wonderful experience: a safari from 5.30 am until 2.30 pm with our guide, whose contact was provided by our BnB. He showed up on time, with the jeep clean and well organized, and gave us a truly unforgettable experience. Always attentive to detail, he pointed out the animals with great precision and gave us interesting and competent explanations. We felt an integral part of the park, completely immersed in nature. A beautiful atmosphere of calm and silence reigned, interrupted only by birdsong and the majestic presence of elephants, varanas and crocodiles. He drove slowly, respecting the rhythms of nature and our needs, without ever rushing. Finally, he spoiled us with a delicious brunch and attention to detail: salty, sweet, fresh fruit, tea and water, all set with great attention. It was so plentiful and pleasant that it turned into a real fabulous lunch surrounded by nature. We highly recommend this experience.

We stayed at another place but did a safari tour with the owner. We had the best time! He deliberately chose a route than all the other jeeps entering the park which gave us the opportunity of seeing elephants almost alone in the early afternoon. one of the superb adventure.
priyanka provided exceptional hospitality despite this last-minute booking and having him as a guide for my morning safari in the park was wonderful! The service from this company was really good. They were very responsive on WhatsApp, everyone was on time, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.

he was an amazing guide. He put in all the effort to ensure we saw all the wildlife and animals possible. udawalawa national park. Overall, enjoyed the safari though didn’t managed to see any leopard! but seen lot of elephants.
amazing gem in Udawalawe run by a lovely family. A very chill, spacious room with nice big windows. took us for an incredible safari tour, going above & beyond to find us some time observing elephants and other wildlife away from all the other jeeps. breakfast in the jungle. different experience.
Arriving at the lake in the national park we could see several elephants. The highlight: an elephant family with a small baby and an elephant with tusks. In addition, we were able to see water buffalo, crocodiles, peacocks, monkeys etc. See.
