We rode around the wile tour and really enjoyed it. Just remember to get ear buds as soon as you get on the bus!

The bis barely stops at any of the designated stops - only of there are people at the stop waiting to get on. Otherwise the driver goes right past the stop and there is no way to indicate you want to get off. Ninety percent of the audio is music - so you’re essentially driving around, listening to Muzak, having no idea where you are. Huge waste of time and money.
This bus/boat experience was very frustrating and disappointing. There are no hours posted on the app, so you have no way of knowing when the boats are coming. One day they completely re-routed the buses and the people working there gave us very poor correct information.
There were three young men from three different African countries who were the greeters that really helped to get me off to a good. I had a great time on the boat and on the bus getting to all the different sites

The driver in Stockholm would not allow us to board the bus with our ticket information on our cell phone. He said "This is just a picture of your ticket. I must see your ticket." I told him this was what we were sent. He said again "I need ticket." I said "Where do we get it?" He said "I don't know but you can't get on. So we missed our ride. We tried to get on in Stockholm at the stop by the Hard Rock Cafe. We should get a refund from Viator. We had no such problem in Barcelona or London.
Great way to see everything once & then go back & explore, if you download the ap you can track the buses , the boat was a great way to see the view different perspectives
Expensive, poor info about meeting place and times, especially for boat. Not worth the money.

Very convenient to get on right outside the cruise terminal. Great way to spend the short amount of time we had in Stockholm.
The bus itself was clean and the driver was very capable and friendly. We were surprised and disappointed however that the web site description is inaccurate in that there were no buses at the cruise ship port as described. We had to take the cruise ship shuttle into town and then go to the pickup point to catch the bus. The boat ride was good but nothing special. The narration was spotty and hard to hear even with the volume all the way up.
