Our tour was at 12. We checked in at 11.30 AM. He said today running late and it may delay. I checked back at 11.55 AM. They left and asked me to come at 12.30. I went again at 12.30 he said it is canceled. They are not customer friendly and arrogant. I spend $50 USD for transportation. Rest of my day spoiled with this. They have not refunded.
It was very beautiful, I liked it a lot, it is a very good option.
This was amazing. From the zero hassle pick up to arriving and being told that due to conditions parasailing would not be allowed today. The gentleman at check in was very honest and explained to me the situation and how safety is their priority. Totally get that! Thank you! I asked if I could ride the jet ski and they let me ride one for a half hour. It was great!

Christian and Arturo were excellent. Easy trip and took videos and pics for us as well as some bonus whale watching. Make sure you tip these guys for their hard work!
