If you travel in the summer, plan on going first thing in the morning. It's very hot in the Vatican in the afternoon.

Very over priced and poor communication. Operator emailed tickets we did not know until we traveled to tge meeting point. Directions to the meeting point lacked clarity. At the meeting point operators not on the same page when giving us tickets. Speaking in their native language and did not share what the issue was. Also did not respond when asked. I would not book this way again.

We arrived at the meeting point but our guide had already left with the group. We could have caught up but the person at the desk told us our guide hadn’t arrived yet and asked us to wait. After a few minutes he corrected himself and told us to hurry and that we would have to go on our own. Not the experience we hoped and definitely not worth the money we paid.

When you arrived, you saw one of our guided tour groups at the meeting point, which understandably may have caused confusion. Our staff member initially thought you were part of that tour, but after checking your reservation, it became clear that your booking did not include a guide. You were therefore directed to enter with your fast‑track tickets, as per the service you purchased. We apologize for any misunderstanding at the meeting point, but we want to reassure you that the service provided matched the booking type.

Be careful. We knew we were overpaying but then received tickets for a Spanish tour. We did not order this nor do we speak Spanish.
Our records show that you purchased a "Skip the Line" ticket, which does not include a guided tour or a Spanish language option. However, it appears that upon arrival, you were allowed entry using a guided tour voucher to facilitate your access to the skip-the-line lane. Since you did not order a guided tour and do not speak Spanish, this was likely an administrative error at the entrance where the wrong voucher type was scanned or applied to your entry.
Very easy process, picked up tickets and were directed right to the line for easy entry. Would recommend the early time slots to avoid big crowds.

Good communication. There was a hiccup with my reservation but he fixed it before I even noticed, and upgraded my ticket. Went out of his way and I would use them again.

Terrible experience, I purchased the tour with a Spanish guide, but I was assigned one in French. I am waiting for the refund of my money.
