Approachable, communicate well and very reassuring.
Really enjoyed the cloud dome it was very cool with the Jurassic park them. The flower dome was nice.
I booked the tickets to Gardens at Bay in Singapore. The email that was sent to me had a link to the tickets, but the link would not render. I have to purchase the tickets at the gate.
We had a problem with our tickets because we were already at Gardens by the Bay, but we still hadn’t received them by email. When we contacted them directly on WhatsApp, we got the tickets immediately. We didn’t have any trouble after that. Thank you so much!
What an experience. For a lover of fauna; it was the perfect afternoon experience in Singapore. Amazing.
It was a very soothing space, and both Cloud Forest and Flower Dome were good. Personally, I liked the Flower Dome. It was a dreary space, and I left in about three hours to go along with the show, but I wish I was in the dome rather than the show. So much so that I thought, “What is this?” I was thrilled because the tickets were sent to me by QR about the day before, not when I applied, but I was relieved by the polite response.

The place is 5 stars no doubt about it! Amazing! The realtor who gives you the ticket. Gave me a used ticket! Luckily they had a second. Hopefully they didn’t give me yours. Next time I’ll go elsewhere for a tour. The place itself I cannot talk highly of though!

Cloud forest is amazing. Flower Dome not so interesting for Europeans as flowers are quite usual in some European countries
