Awesome Segway tour with our guides Alta and Alli. Not only was the scenery incredible, but the guides were top notch: knowledgeable about the area, personable, and fun. Highly recommend!

This was an awesome experience!! We love Segways so we had a great time. The scenery was beautiful, we got to see the glacier from a distance, couple waterfalls, and they took us on a hike to a beach. The guides Serena and Alta were so friendly and informative, we had an amazing time!

It was our 1st time to Juneau & riding the Segway - our guides Mallory, Serena & driver Dan were all fantastic! They were so kind & warm & friendly. We had a great time riding, even in the rain! We loved all our photo stops (we did an awesome panoramic fun shot!) & we had a very educational tour in the rainforest trail to the beach! Mallory & Serena were very knowledgeable of the plants, etc. Special Thank you’s - to Maddie, who followed up with a text after our excursion, and Special Thank you to Chris who was instrumental in helping me with a refund through Viator (my husband had a bleeding in his eye & could not do the Segway). My kids - ages 22, 20, & 16 had a blast! It was one of the highlights of their Cruise. We highly recommend iRide-Alaska! The Segway Coastal & Rainforest Tour is worth it! What a fantastic experience..sun and rain but we were dressed for it...easy pick up outside our ship...super pleasant and knowledgeable guide Mallory...Basically a private tour for my husband and I who are both seniors...great instruction and easy to ride with beautiful scenery and a lively rainforest tour. Would definitely do it again. Well worth it.

Our guides were wonderful. But we did little in the way of riding a Segway. I would not do this tour or suggest this tour to anyone for this reason. We did approximately 21/2 miles round trip on a Segway ☹️

The focus is on exploring the beautiful coastline of Douglas Island, taking in views of the mountains and Mendenhall Glacier, learning about the area's history and wildlife, and stopping along the way for photos and exploration. Throughout the tour, we get off the Segways at several locations so guests can fully enjoy the scenery, including a walk through the rainforest to a local secluded beach. These stops allow guests to experience the beauty of Southeast Alaska beyond the ride itself. The tour covers approximately five miles by Segway, but we understand that if you were hoping for a more ride-focused adventure, it may not have been the experience you were expecting. Because we want guests to know exactly what they're booking, we describe this tour across our website and booking platforms as a leisurely, sightseeing-focused experience. For guests looking for a faster-paced adventure, our Rainforest eBike Experience follows the same scenic coastal route while covering a greater distance. We also offer our Alpine Segway Adventure in the Eaglecrest area, where guests ride off-road on packed gravel trails through the rainforest for a more adventurous Segway experience. Each of our tours is designed to offer a unique way to experience Southeast Alaska, allowing guests to choose the adventure that best matches their interests. Amazing fun!! Guides Dan and Serena were fun, informative, patient and gave our family of 4 adults excellent instruction for our first time use of Segways. Easy pick up in rainy Juneau but there were sunny skies on north Douglas Island where the tour took place. It was so nice to step away from the bustle of Juneau into the quiet beauty of Douglas Island! Great views of Mendenhall Glacier from across the channel too! Highly recommend!!

Fun! Scenic! Informative! Carli, our guide was bubbly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Segways were smooth and so easy to ride. Saw too many bald eagles to count. Could spend all day !
