Horrible experience with the trolly company and Viator customer service. Booking was at 11. 1 hour before got a message saying trolley wasn’t available and we would have to go in a van instead. Fine no problem. Got there, checked in, waited 30min for the Van and at 10:59 got a message saying there’s no vehicle available. Talked to a manager who dismissed us and said we had to call viator for a refund then she closed shop and walked across the street. I came with a group of 7 and 3 bookings. 2/3 were able to get a refund and the third couple hasn’t yet. Customer service said they couldn't confirm the trip was canceled because no one answered the phone. Well yeah we just saw the lady walk across the street! We got the managers number and viator said they couldn’t call even though 2 other couples had just went through the same process with different reps. We are waiting on a manager call back to process the 3rd refund. What a disaster. Would not recommend!!
Kenny was an amazing tour guide, full of knowledge but knew how to keep us laughing! The views were amazing, even though the usual route was blocked off due to road closures, they were able to accommodate us still and take us on a different but equally beautiful tour. I highly recommend!
Wear sunscreen in the summer. It is warmer than you think. The trolley was a rough ride but the tour guide, Kenny, was full of fun.
It was nice to get a quick view of sites of interest that you can visit later and be aware of the location of those sites

It was nice. Kenny was a funny and entertaining cowboy. Very knowledgeable. It was a quick 1 hour tour.
The Tour guide was awesome but due to a massive forest fire and heavy smoke our tour wasn't as favorable. The knowledgeable and friendly bus driver/tour guide did entertain us all the way. Its worth every bit of your time and great of history info coming from the guide to better improve your understanding of the area.
Our tour guide was phenomenal!!! He was very informative & made the trip GREAT….. i would HIGHLY recommend this Trolley to ANYONE.

This was our first time visiting Sedona. The tour was very informative as well as reasonably priced. Kenny hit it out of the park with his expertise of the area.
