What a wonderful day with Antonio in this magical space! He was a fabulous teacher and personality to spend the time with. I learnt so much, enjoyed a beautiful meal and met some amazing people. I would highly recommend!
We had a very nice day in a wonderful and extraordinary facility. Everything was prepared with great attention to detail and explained humorously. One could tell that Antonio loves what he does. The group was international and very nice, the food was delicious, and we learned quite a bit.
Fabulous cooking class in an amazing setting with a fantastic chef. Chef Antonio was great to work with and really engages you each step of the way with informative and educational information. We were completely hands-on for each authentic dish — we made the pasta, the sauce, a vegetable, meat, and a very refreshing salad. (Antonio explained and prepared the dessert at the outset because it needed to be done quickly to set for us to eat after the meal). The food was unbelievably delicious and we were stuffed when we left.
Antonio was very patient with my family and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and we all learned a lot. Great Experience!
Had a great day with Antonio. Nice welcome in a fantastic location. Then with a good explanation started with all the fresh products that were on the table. With a nice group 3 delicious dishes prepared. Which we then consumed while enjoying a delicious wine. It was a super fun and educational day that was given an extra touch by the kindness of Antonio and the lady who helped (sorry, forgot name). Thank you!
Antonio was a wonderful host and his passion for cooking and Sicilian history was very evident throughout the course. I really appreciated the effort he went through to make sure everyone had the information they needed to replicate the recipes at home, such as what the ingredients were called in each person’s home country and the measurement conversions for those of us from the United States. I would highly recommend this course to anyone that wants to learn how to cook with some history and fun mixed in. Thank you again for this priceless memory, Antonio! Until we meet again.

Chef Antonio was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and clearly passionate about Sicilian cuisine. We prepared several traditional dishes, all of which turned out delicious. Sitting down afterward to enjoy the meal with excellent local wine was a highlight of our trip. The views from the villa were the cherry on top! If you're visiting Cefalù and looking for a unique, authentic, and memorable experience, we highly recommend this class.
Best meal and experience of our trip to Italy and maybe the best of all time. Antonio is so kind and an amazing host. He was so patient and educational with our kids. The class is set on a hillside villa and farm overlooking the sea. You can eat the citrus.
We had a fabulous time learning to cook during this class. The location was beautiful and cooking space comfortable. We felt right at home during our time here. The food we made was delicious and we can't wait to make it at home now! Highly recommend!
