I was asked to cancel this trip and rebook : because I was travelling alone, I had to pay more. The organiser said she would cancel the first booking and Viator would pay me back. Well nothing has been cancelled on Viator, I paid for a second trip and was never reimbursed for the first
It’s truly unfortunate that instead of simply reaching out to clarify, you chose to jump to conclusions and post a misleading review. A quick message saying, “Hey, I haven’t received my refund yet” would have led to an immediate resolution. When I went back through our conversation and reviewed the screenshots, it became clear that you never actually opened the cancellation email I forwarded. Had you done so, you would have noticed the booking name didn’t match yours. Due to a genuine mix-up, I mistakenly cancelled another tour scheduled for the same day instead of yours and that client ended up getting a free experience, one I now have to chase down for payment. Meanwhile, you accuse me of dishonesty over a situation that could’ve been solved with a little communication and a bit of patience. Next time, ask questions before jumping to conclusions. It’s the reasonable and frankly, the human thing to do. A lot of companies dont want to take solos because its not worth it, however i did not turn you down. Sometimes it's best to not go the extra mile to help accommodate people like you. SMH
The tour was so much fun! Jozet was amazing and showed us some extra great spots, beaches, and viewpoints and just made the whole day so special! Highly recommend!

Our guide Josie was very knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions about the island. Driver was friendly and funny. Was supposed to go to the National Park that day, which is why I booked the tour. It was a Sunday so the park was closed and we could not go. Was not told that until no one showed up to pick us up. I called and they sent someone 2 hours later to take us on a partial tour.

Ended up with multiple day tours with Naomi and she’s amazing! Got to see everything we wanted! Had a day with Jacob he was also amazing! Book with them you won’t be disappointed!

Our driver Jacob was great! He created a tour that was exactly what we wanted!! We saw several beautiful sights and he even took us to get a drink at a local bar! A very enjoyable day!

We found this excursion on Viator while planning out our vacation. We were staying in the south of the island, and wanted to visit Pigeon National Park to do some snorkeling and hiking. We have since learned that we should have taken a water taxi for 40 minutes, rather than spending two and a half hours in the car. We started the trip by discovering our tour guide had overbooked and would be sending her husband with us instead, not an issue for us initially. However we quickly realized that he was not clearly communicated to about what we had wanted to do. We were told that we would have a guide with us the entire time, and not just send us off. This was not the case at all. We were sent into Pigeon park alone to snorkel, find the beach and hike. When we walked out, we couldn't find our guide and couldn't get in contact with either of them. When we finally did, we were able to continue with our day for a bit until we started running some personal errands for our guides which included checking in on their shop (3 times throughout the day), trying to meet up with the other guide on the island, and getting things along the way that had nothing to do with us. Eventually we got back to our hotel, but we spent most of the day in a car chasing all over the place. We had a great time when we finally got to the spots that we had wanted to see, but the detours to get there were not impressive. Overall okay excursion, but communication on this organization is very underwhelming.
Thanks for such an amazing review darling, which is very full of untruths, first of all he new everything that you wanted to do there was absolutely no miscommunication, he decided to give you wayyyyy more than you asked for! my husband and I run our business privately and i honor bookings according to when it was booked, I had a client who was booked way before you guys so then they got me, since they had their entire stay booked with me and did 4 different tours with me. I cannot be the person to do every single tour, i am just one person! Furthermore you are very vicious with this review as you guys had more than just a regular tour, you got to see more and do more than anyone else as you paid one price and got a round the island tour which is double what you paid, you could have said no to a lot of things but instead u was like down for everything this is so much fun. When you called me claiming that you didn't see my husband he was right there in the car reclined waiting, dont lie and say he wasn't there because you forgot which car it was, not cool. You also saw my bar twice for the day when you was going up to the north and coming back down, you didn't go there 3 times, and that's also a stop we do and give clients drinks on the house, if you didn't take drinks that's on you. You were never chasing all over in a car, you were being brought all over sightseeing, if you didn't want to see anywhere else all you had to do was say so. We dont just bring you to spots and that's it we take you in every hole so you can see the island because its an island tour!! My husband notified me that your girlfriend was acting very protective over you even when strangers were around and didn't have the most pleasant attitude so he decided to give you guys your privacy to go into the park as he was cautious not to make yal feel uncomfortable spending time together.(being considerate didn't matter i guess right). He notified me that he brought you all the way into the park at the beach point for snorkeling so another lie you told about finding the beach alone. The only reason that you ended up running personal errands with my husband is because that's how we treat clients we take you into our private lives and make you spend the day with us like a local person, do local things not just touristy stuff. Since i didn't have the trip with you i made sure to ask my husband to wait for me so that i could accompany you on the way back just so that i still got to meet you and i didnt have to do that. You have been the first person out of every single client i have had to have an absolute problem with being part of our private lives. You booked an island tour and you were brought to all the places that other tourists would never get to see with a regular company and yet still you wasn't happy. Its people like you that are impossible to please! You literally saw the west, north, east and south in a day, you was car sick at a point i got you, meds, ginger sweets, took care of you. Sweetheart you are very ungrateful. Someone else would have appreciated the amount of things that you saw that day because you dont get any other company to do that much. With someone else you would have a 4-6 hour tour and done, you was with us for at least 10hrs! Had i known that would have been what you had to say with a bunch of lies i would have asked my husband to just stick to a touristy route and had you brought back to you resort about 3pm and not experience all that you did because now it's with great regret that you got such an amazing extra tour and you didn't deserve it!!! I wish you the best in life hun just dont go bashing people who went an extra mile for you to make you feel at home and one of us.

While you are visiting St Lucia, we highly recommend Lucian Explora! Naomi, our tour guide, took time before our tour to learn about what it particular we wanted to do and get a sense of our interests so she could suggest sightseeing activities we never would have even known about otherwise. It was a wonderful bespoke experience. We spent a full day visiting Pigeon Island, the Castries market and basilica, secluded areas near Cap Estate, and so much more. Naomi is quick and friendly with conversation and made sure there was never a dull moment — even while we were stuck in traffic on the highway. Later on we met up with Naomi, some of her friends, and another visiting tourist couple for the Gros Islet street fair. Having a group made the fair so much fun! Naomi truly was our woman on the inside. THANK YOU Naomi!
