We had a great time on this Viator tour with Irene as our excellent guide. Even though the palance was very crowded, she got us through in great style without waiting. She was a great guide and we learned a lot and had fun!
Multi-lingual tour guide (Blanca) was amazing. She managed a Spanish and English group with real skill. Very informative and comprehensive narration as we visited the various rooms. Audio devices were very clear and easy to hear and understand. Overall, a superb tour.
The palace is definitely a must do itinerary in Madrid! Its baroque styles interiors are a sight to behold! Our tour guide was very informative. The tour was well-priced. Overall very pleased with our experience:)

I was really impressed how grandeous the palace was , ive been to moat of the popular palaces like Versailles,Schrubron but this us my favorite, no gardens though like Versailles I was the inly english speaking participant but Alexandria was very considerate of me likw i have my own private guide

Excellent tour by Alessandra - just the right combination of information, perspective and humor. She kept two tee age boys engaged as well - no mean task. Highly recommend !

Tour started 45 minutes later than published start time, causing us to leave early because we had a subsequent obligation. The meeting point info was confusing because the landmark was different than the actual address. Tour was published as english speaking but it was a bilingual Spanish - English which is fine, caused the guide to say everything 2x when we were already behind. Probably one of the worst tours we’ve been on. That said, the Palace itself is stunning.

The directions to meet were very unclear, and I left several messages that were responded to after someone led me to the group. The tour guide mumbled, and it seemed as if he was reciting what he memorized. We saw other groups where the guide had enthusiasm.. The castle was lovely, but the tour was terrible.

He strongly advised them to purchase their tickets online, trying to do so at the palace box office is a huge line. The gardens were being remodeled.

Ana excellent guide! Tour was wonderful! It ran long, but I think due to guide translated tour in English and Spanish, which we knew upfront, but will avoid next time. We arrived at meeting spot early and spotted the white umbrella Ana was holding. Thank you for a lovely tour.

We waited in a fairly substantial line even though is was a skip the line tour, the headsets were painful and we couldn’t hear the tour guide anyway, we ended up leaving the tour and walking around ourselves
