Du starter dagen med at møde din lokale guide på Paris togstation, hvor du tager højhastighedstoget til Reims. 45 min. senere vil du være i Reims, kongernes by. Du vil tage en afslappet gåtur gennem centrum og beundre dens vartegn og den fantastiske Reims-katedral. Så vil du møde din private chauffør, som tager dig til dit første champagnehus. Der vil du besøge kældrene, og du vil blive undervist om champagneproduktionsprocessen. Du vil derefter gå videre til en smagning af 3 glas champagne af høj kvalitet. Herefter vil din chauffør tage dig til en restaurant på landet, hvor du vil nyde en traditionel fransk frokost. Så bliver du kørt til dit 2. champagnehus, i hjertet af vinmarkerne. Der vil du lave en 2. smagning af 3 champagneglas med kun den bedste høst (Grand Cru), og du har mulighed for at gå en tur i vinmarkerne. Derefter vil du blive ført til togstationen og gå tilbage til Paris.

Du starter dagen med at tage TGV (højhastighedstog) med din lokale guide. På kun 45 minutter og i et luksustog med aircondition ankommer du til byen Reims, berømt for sin champagne og for kroningen af Frankrigs konger.
Après ankomst à la Gare Centrale de Reim, votre guide vous conduira jusqu'à la place Drouet-dʼErlon, située en plein cœur de Reims et que les Rémois nomment souvent place dʼErlon. En son center se dresse la Fontaine Subé surmontée de la statue appelée "La Gloire".
Du vil derefter besøge Notre-Dame de Reims (som betyder "Vor Frue af Reims"), en romersk-katolsk katedral i den franske by af samme navn, ærkebispesædet i Reims. Katedralen var dedikeret til Jomfru Maria og var det traditionelle sted for kroningen af Frankrigs konger. Du vil også besøge andre historiske steder i nærheden som "Place Royal" eller "Cryptoportique" (et gammelt romersk forum fra det 1. århundrede e.Kr.).
Du bliver derefter afhentet af din private chauffør, som vil tage dig til dit første champagnehus i byen Reims. Du vil besøge kældrene og vide om processen med champagnefremstilling, husets og regionens historie osv. Du vil nyde 3 store champagneglas under smagningen.
Herefter vil din chauffør tage dig til en restaurant i en golfklub i den nærliggende by Bezannes. Der vil du nyde en traditionel fransk frokost i et overdådigt og afslappet setup.
Så vil din chauffør tage dig ind i hjertet af regionen Champagnes vingård. Du vil besøge dit andet champagnehus i byen Mailly-Champagne, hvor du skal smage yderligere 3 champagneglas af de bedste høster ("Grand Crus"). Du vil også kunne gå en tur i vinmarkerne og tage nogle billeder, mens du nyder din champagne, hvis du har lyst.
Du vil derefter være på vej tilbage til togstationen, hvor din chauffør vil sætte dig af. Du får derefter toget tilbage til Paris, hvor du ankommer kl. 18:00.

What a great experience in Reims! We explored charming vineyards, learned so much about how champagne is made, and enjoyed some delicious tastings. The private tour made it very special and relaxing.
The champagne tasting tour was amazing! We visited famous vineyards and had the chance to taste different champagnes. The guide was friendly and explained everything in an easy way. A perfect day out in the countryside!

The day at the Champagne vineyards was exceptional! We enjoyed a scenic walk through the vineyards, tasted exquisite French dishes for lunch, and discovered the art of Champagne production .

I would never do this tour again or recommend to anyone. It was a total rip off. They didn’t have the tour planned out correct for the amount of time and the place they picked for lunch was a golf club restaurant. Not something I would want traveling all day to Champagne region for. Do not go on this tour. It’s a waste of money and time
Dear Ira, we are very sorry that your experience did not matched your expectations. We truly did our best and tried to please you and adapt to everything you asked for during the tour (as finding another restaurant more in the style you wanted, like we did). The variations in the schedule were actually a means to adapt to your wishes. We spoke on the phone before the tour and you were explained exactly how the tour was going to be, and you were ok with it. You wanted to cancel the tour the night before, when everything was paid for (train tickets, champagne houses tickets, private driver) just because you said it wasn't going to be sunny enough. We told you that our policy allow customers to cancel their tour only before 24h prior to the tour, so you decided to do the tour in order not to lose your money. Since the beginning of the tour you where complaining about almost everything: about not being given a 1st class seat on the TGV (french high speed train with wonderful seats both in 1rst and 2nd class; by the way: we never offered 1rst class seats in the announcement of this tour), about not having a Mercedez Benz as a car brand to be driven around (never announced that either), then about shops being closed because it was a Sunday (not really our fault), then because the restaurant was a a golf club (with excellent food, service and views, by the way)... We are saying all this just to let you know that we were a bit surprised about the mood you brought to the tour, but we really tried to please you and adapt ourselves to your demands. Anyhow, we are truly sorry that you didn't have a good time with us and wish you only the best in your future trips and experiences.
