This is a very honest review!! Mikky and Amr were our guides for the day, they were more than amazing!! We were very relaxed, we enjoyed every moment with them, they were very organized and on time in everything! I like how they speak several languages (Arabic, English, Italian …) we already learned some Italian words🤪🤪 And not to forget the amazing photographer, he also guided us perfectly when we needed, he was very sweet with all of us and he took marvelous pictures for everyone! If I come here again, I’m gonna contact them right away!

We enjoyed the experience. The snorkelling and all the other stops were amazing. We are a British family of 2 adults and 2 children. We appeared to be added onto a 95% Italian excursion, along with another couple (I believe from Russia). Whilst this isn't an issue in itself the guide spoke Italian throughout, and then relayed what he had said in Italian in English...the problem was he would only speak in English for around 20% of the time he had just spoken in Italian (i.e if he spoke for 5 minutes in Italian, he would speak to us for 1 minute)...this happened throughout the tour and led us to believe we weren't getting the same information, and felt like an "add on". I booked an English speaking tour so felt that we were a bit hard done by. Don't get me wrong I think the fact that the guide can speak all these languages is amazing...it just isn't what we booked. The experience itself was really good, the snorkelling was amazing...just beware of a stop to get snorkelling equipment (at a cost of £4 per item). We already had 2 snorkel masks and I thought we'd be able to take shots about, but you go in a group and swim up the coastline so everyone needs their own. Also you are encouraged to purchase life jackets and flippers too...again £4 per item. This wasn't an expense that was made clear - I don't know if you choose the option "with snorkelling equipment" when booking you get mask, life jacket, and flippers included or not. Another added expense was the photos, at a cost of 10 Euros per person in your group...they are sent via whats app later the same day. Overall it was an enjoyable experience, but some stars lost for the reasons mentioned.
