Hoteller i nærheden af Punta Cana Aqua Karting, Buggy, Adventure Jet Ski and Water Park

The experience in general was very disappointing. We are 3 people who took 3 activities (jet ski, aquakart and buggie) Since it is half a day and it has time to transport to pick up other people in other hotels we did not have time at all to do everything! It was very poorly organized, nobody told us what to bring! Luckily we had shoes closed for the buggie and ID for a locker (we said none were necessary so result, one cashier for 3). We had the pressure to return because the others had only taken 1 or 2 activities. The pick-up was for 6pm and we got out of our last activity at 5:30pm! In addition to the 3 activated we could do zipline, access to a pool, inflatable games on the water and a trip that gets pulled by a rope. Not enough time to do all this! We had 1 buggie to 3 while two of us wanted to drive and note that he had lonely people in other buggies. The activities as such are excellent! Nothing to say about it is really the time allotted that is problematic, it should have been a full day to enjoy it.. On the contrary it was "go go go" we were in a hurry and we could not do the activities in the order we wanted. We made the excursion on Thursday, the next day we went to make a complaint directly to the airtransat representative to get compensation, it took until Tuesday the next to get an answer. Taking time off on our vacation to always go ask for news, it wasn't what I expected from my vacation let's say. No money compensation was given to us, they wanted us to go back to do the activities we didn't have time to do. Honestly I didn't want to go back with the quality of service we had. In short paying $169 USD is not worth it at all. I advise you to take only one activity if you want to choose this excursion and go there in the morning. Since the park closes at 6pm I had the impression that the staff were tired and wanted us to leave! Some of them were very unpleasant. We are very disappointed, for the price we expected better. Note that the excursion is new so in running in, it is due to improvement!

Caribbean lake park was a last minute plan when we spoke to Izzat after a late night at Maroca club. I’m so glad that we switched our plans, my wife and I had the best time at Caribbean Lake Park. We spent 5 hours there and did so many things including both wake board courses as well as being pulled on the “giant doughnut” We also did the inflatable obstacle course and was launched in the air on the giant yellow thing. Not sure what it was called. All of the employees were super friendly and helpful while also appearing to be having a good time themselves. Before we left we stopped by the pool bar and had multiple rounds of cocktails and some bar food, pizza and chicken fingers. The food a drinks were pretty good and the cocktails were stiff. I would definitely come back again the next time I’m in Punta Cana.
